Came here for my first time this morning to try it out and OMG!!! To start, I absolutely love the variety of drinks they offer. The customer service was great too. I don’t know who helped me this morning but she seemed very happy and had a great smile on her face the whole time she helped me. Enough to have a positive impact on my morning! I also got my drink for free because it was my first time. Try the cookie dough cold brew, it’s the best!!!
I had no idea what I was missing for coffee until I went here. It's made quickly, the portions are more than plentiful, and the tastes are delicious for a more than modest price. The caffeine hits hard when you need it and the staff are some of the coolest kids on the block. It does exactly what it needs to do: good coffee.
First of all I normally love this place. However, today's experience was less than stellar. No one was taking orders outside so the wait was ridiculous as each order got taken at the window. At first I thought maybe they are short handed but as I approached the window there were at least 5 workers inside. Some of which were just talking and not working. When you first opened I loved how quickly the line went even when you were busy. It's truly gone downhill since opening day. Do better for your customers.
This a new frequent stop of mine. The staff here are friendly and get your order out quicker than you can blink. The menu is also impressive and have already found favorites such as Double Torture , Blended Carmelizer,9-1-1 and the Golden Eagle.
The coffee is alright but overpriced. I asked for no ice and then they tried to charge double without explaining why first. They offered easy ice so the extra 3.99 charge was taken off then proceeded to give me a cup full of ice. Also the dude that took our order only had a Spanish menu he couldn't even read himself.
Love having one of our favorite stops in the PNW here in DFW! As with most new shops that already have a following, the lines can be really long. We usually skip the drive thru and walk up to order. Either way, you get great drinks and super friendly service! Golden Eagle is probably the most popular drink but, if you're not a caramel fan, try the 9-1-1(Irish Cream!) or Double Torture (Cocoa). The flavored teas are refreshing, too. Welcome to Texas, Bros!
When they first opened the coffee was amazing but the quality has quickly gone downhill. The coffee isn’t hot and it has gotten way too sweet. Honestly, when I went this morning it just tasted like sweetened milk. Lukewarm coffee is definitely disgusting. I hope that y’all can improve.
Love the coffee! It is a lot less bitter than other places, and they have a ton of sugar free flavor options for my diabetic husband to choose from. The staff are friendly and fun,. They even remember us when we come though & pop out to wave & say hi. Can't say enough good things
I've visited a couple times , tried a couple of drinks that were pretty good. The golden eagle is so far my favorite but I have to plan my visits there when I'm not in a rush since you gotta wait till you get to the window to place your order if nobody is standing in the driveway taking orders . Apparently they don't take orders where the menu is located(no speaker thing for orders). That's probably why the waits are so long.
So much more than coffee. I'm not a coffee drinker, but they have amazing hot chocolate, blended drinks and flavored soda. Blended rainbow rebel with a soft top is amazing.
