First of it is ridiculously expensive. My husband got the 3 meat plate and even though it comes on a big tray, there's hardly any meat (2 tiny slices of brisket, 2 small ribs and about 5 slices of sausage ). I was going to get the smoke house salad until I saw the brown/ wilted lettuce. The sides were not much better. Broccoli salad had brown cauliflower in it and the creamed spinach tasted like chalk. Best part were the green beans. The free ice cream came with stale cones and wasn't frozen enough. Needless to say, we won't be going back. Not worth the money.
First and last time here. They said, they had a vegetable plate but 3 vegetables for 12.00. They charged for small sides. The Mac n cheese was dry n not much cheese. The beans tasted funny For lunch they charged for dinner. You can go to another barbecue place..get more for less and the food is way better. Most lunches 8.95 to 9.95. Other barbecue places. Got charged 15.00 for a chopped brisket sandwich and a side. Although the sign said, 8.95. Boll was at 34..00 when 2 drinks were added. Never again.
How can you screw up baked potatoes? Well Dickies Rufe Snow knows how. I just paid over 20 dollars for 2 baked potatoes they were hard, and cold. The pulled pork was cold and had now flavor. I had never been to this restaurant and I won't go again. When I arrived I was the only customer. They need to go ahead and close the doors. It was horrible and highway robbery.
I have ordered from this location through Uber eats two times and Doordash once. EVERY SINGLE TIME, I have had to return to the restaurant to have order corrected. Customer service is poor and lacking.
The worst Dickeys I've seen so far. Why is this place still open? Staff seemed to care less. Way too small portions, all the sides looked old & dry. Bread was on it's last leg. How hard is it to stir the sides while they sit there? Quality has dropped since 2 yrs ago. New owners or what? We'll skip this Dickeys next time. No thanks.
I tried this dickeys for the first time today. I love Dickey’s and these guys lived up to the rep. Service was great, and the ribs were perfect and they really hit the spot. Good experience
This Dickies BBQ on Ruff Snow….I encourage you to keep on driving cause I brought 3 plates of 3 meats and 2 sides and a roll for 18.00 and there portions was enough for a small kid. Do not go and waste your money. No wonder why this place looks like it’s about to go down. I have never been to a bbq joint who serve small portions for a high price. ?? I’ve never going back I should of read the reviews first before it went!
Horrible!! My order was wrong and the quality was horrible! I ordered one CHOPPED brisket sandwich and got sliced. There were 3 slices of FAT on a huge roll. It was not fit to eat. I also ordered one sausage sandwich for my husband and there was TWO slices of sausage.Not only were they of poor quality, but when the instructions clearly state what you want, at least get that part correct. Ordered napkins, cutlery, and an extra sauce and got none of that! Just wasted 23.00! Won't go back as this is the 3rd time I've given them a chance to deliver good quality and service. Won't waste anymore money on this mess.
Worst customer service ever! It’s okay to get an order wrong. It’s okay to make a mistake. How you rebound is what is important. They just made it seem not important my kids were missing their meals. And my meal wasn’t that great. No color or flavor in the meat. Basically I won’t be back
Foods awesome. Always is, but had a rather strange encounter with the employees today. Basically I was called a momma's boy and made fun of for speaking with the woman there that spoke English. Don't really mind. But not going back.
