I was very excited to try their cookies for the first time and I was in no way disappointed! You can order at the counter or on a tablet (which is very nice for my socially awkward self) and they are super fast! The cookies are pricey but the fun flavors and deliciousness make it 100% worth it. The employee giving me my order was very kind and had a nice smile. Will definitely be back to this location!

Surprised my daughter for acing all of her testing. We were both very disappointed in these, we've been wanting to try them for a while. We tried the nilla bean, berry crunch and Kentucky butter cake. All of the cookies were raw and inedible. The cereal on the berry crunch was stale My daughter started feeling sick after trying a few bites.

Best cookies every single week. Thick and lots of icing. Cannot be beat

I don’t usually like “store bought” cookies. But Crumbl is a whole nuther level of cookie goodness!! I’m a bit of a foodie. And I would call these cookies worthy of foodie status. Their best gimmick is drawing you in with a different offering every week. So far, it’s kept my family coming back! The cookies are large enough that we only eat 1/4 at a time. We even purchased the Crumbl cookie cutter to cut the cookies into four equal pieces. I don’t buy baked goods. I bake!! But I made an exception for Crumbl. It’s that good.

The smells when you walk in…. Omg.Great addition to NRH. Great friendly staff. My favorite is the classic oatmeal

I wanted to love these cookies, I really did. This was my first time trying Crumbl Cookies. We got a 6 piece box so we could try all of this week’s flavors. All of our cookies, except one, were very underbaked, to the point of basically being raw. The only one not underbaked was the Boston Cream Pie cookie. I would have given it a much higher rating if our cookies had actually been baked through. I’m pretty bummed about it. ?

The cookies were okay. I prefer the more thin type of cookies and these were thick and messy. For the price point I probably wouldn’t return. They should offer mini or thin cookies and less expensive packaging.

So excited to go and try the waffle cookie. Walked in and there is about 10 kids working the store it was pretty dirty, there was a few staff members talking where the mixers are they had gloves on and at the same time 1 was touching the trash can then patting the flour in the bowl on the other side of the store there was a cookie on the floor and a staff member picked it up and then put it in a box and put it on the table I asked the girl st the counter about the cookie that was just boxed she started laughing and said oh no that's his cookie ?? humm she was laughing the whole time it was just a bad experience! sad the store was so dirty with so many workers I guess I'll stick with Tiffs Treats.

We go here every week! Always friendly faces and great attitudes, keeps us coming back!

I couldn't even make it home without shoveling a piece in my mouthThe NRH is a great location and I'm so happy they moved in. I order cookies for coworkers and my family all the time
