After being in the United Kingdom for 10 days, all my husband and I wanted was delicious Mexican food from Christina’s- and it did not disappoint! The Tex-Mex nachos were huge, and my husband loves the portion size and taste of the bean burritos. We ordered curbside pickup, and originally thought that they had given us a wrong order, but it was our fault. Christina’s not only made a new order within 10 minutes, but didn’t charge us for OUR mistake, and threw in sopapillas as well. Love their food and customer service!
This place is always so good! It's clean, attentive staff, great food! The chips and queso are addictive. We just kept shoveling them in and asking for me.I always get the La Gran Parrillada De Guadalajara ...Grilled chicken & beef fajita, sautéed shrimp & pork carnitas. Served with borracho beans, rice, guacamole, pico de gallo, sautéed onions & poblano peppers mixed in melted Jack cheese. It cooks the whole time you eat unless you extinguish the flame. My friend got the chimichanga. I don't normally like those but that was amazing! Can't wait to go back!
My favorite dish are the shrimp tacos. We always request Bianca as our waitress because we love her smile,engery and sarcasm. She really makes us feel appreciated. I strongly recommend anyone to have her as their waitress. The food never disappoints. The prices are reasonable but that is every where at the moment. Try it even if it's just once!
During the pandemic we ordered to go from this restaurant on a regular basis and were always happy with the food quality. Recently we decided to dine in. The food was even better served as intended, but the service was slow and ended on a sour note that may keep us from ever dining in here again: After apparent communication problems throughout our meal (despite my making clear at the outset that I speak fluent Spanish, in case it was an issue), when I paid the bill I gave the waitress a Cristina's gift card/certificate and my credit card, saying, "I'm not sure how much is left on the gift certificate, but put the rest on my credit card." She came back having merely printed the balance that was on the gift card and put the entire bill on the credit card. I explained that the entire reason we came was to use the gift card, but she refused to correct her error. I asked, "If this happens every time we try to use it, how can we ever use this gift card?" Her answer: "On your next visit." Impossible to find other waitstaff to help and we had (by that time--it took us 15 minutes just to get the check and attempt to pay it) a crying baby on our hands, so we just paid on the card and left. I hope the management learns to vet and train waitstaff better. I'm sure some of them are great, but the only one we got was not.
1st time yesterday for me and my friend..I had 1/2 order Fiesta Platter and took some home..Great portions.. Atmosphere..Service..Drinks ..AND..Food Excellent We will be returning..
The service was fast and efficient. The food was wonderful. Great tasting salsa. The 3* rating is because I was charged more than the menu price for the two items ordered. I was told the check price was correct even while showing them the menu prices. No amount of good eating and service will help when you leave with the taste of being ripped off in your mouth.
My family has been visiting Christina's for years now! My oldest (12yr) adores this place and thinks there is no place better on earth.The margaritas are great and larger and my favorite dish is the brisket flautas.Because of Covid they are Short handed recently so serving times are a bit slow but worth it.
I went to pick up my order and told them my name and they didn't belive me . I was picking up an order my husband put in for me. They told me I needed to call my husband and for him to give them the order before I could get my order. Even after I showed the screen shot of the order with the information attached.
Really enjoyed the atmosphere but the server acted like she didn't want to serve our table. Which i didnt care for. Ended up getting a a drink with hair in it, they fixed it in a timely fashion. I was happy with the food but server was my only thing I'd say that lowered my rating.
