When I called, I had to listen to the whole story about reservations and packages which I already read about on the website, finally after 5 minutes of listening patiently to info I already know, lady picks up and when I ask her a question they don’t have an answer to on the website she loses patience already after not even talking for 30 sec and disconnects the call. Sure! Get rid of the whole 5min storyline when people call!
Really wish they had the playground type stuff for the kids to climb around in, but aside from that it's great. It is what it is, a Chuck E. Cheese. The food was a lot better than I'd remembered. Get the Cheesy Bread.
My daughter loves coming here and since they started the reward points we go alot more we always have a great time and the employees are super friendly
Purple hair heavyweight employee kicked me and my son from 2 different tables that didn’t say it’s reserved. Bad service due to the unqualified employee. If y’all have a reservation then you need to have signs everywhere. We couldn’t even sit in the booths next to the robotic Chuck E.
Never coming here again me and my family came to celebrate my sons birthday he had lots of fun that wasn’t the issue the issue is the food my boyfriend stomach got very upset from eating the pizza my son is constantly projectile vomiting now after leaving about 4 hours ago thank god I only ate about 1 and half slice of pizza but I knew something was off like I love pizza and I couldn’t eat it so I mostly ate from the salad bar but now I have to deal with my son being sick . I don’t recommend this location at all . Maybe another location will be better but I’m not taking my chances at all with any Chuck E. Cheese’s this is very disappointing this was are first time ever coming and are last time . Who ever is the owner please check the sanitation and safety of that kitchen before another person gets sick

My family had lots of fun we played and then ate some pizza my son maybe had about two slices and I had a slice myself but mostly salad . Well we get home and about 3 and half hours later my son keeps crying like crazy next thing I know my son just keeps throwing up my son has never thrown up like this before ever so now I’m dealing with a sick child now that doesn’t want anything . I’m not sure if the pizza was cooked right or what but something was off that’s why I stuck to just my salad even my boyfriends stomach was upset after eating that pizza I will never come back

It's changed a lot. The workers don't even want to be there and you can feel the weird vibes as soon as you walk in. The food was horrible and I could clearly see people in the kitchen playing around. It just doesn't feel enjoyable anymore. I was there for my daughter's 2nd birthday, but it felt more like a funeral.
