First I would like to shout out Brayden/Braden I believe that's what he said his name is EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE from him while the girl at the register was moving like a turtle putting stickers on bowls. Braden made the orders put the stickers on and help the customers in line. I'm not sure were everyone else was but I saw just the two until the Dining line started to get longER!!! I'm not sure if these workers are burnt out but there should never just be two people out front and only one is giving 100% and the otherr is just there thats a quick way to burn your worker out the cook didnt even look like he had anything left in him . This location use to be AWESOME but I am currently looking for a better location The food isn't as good as it use to be rice terrible the food

This is consiatently the slowest place I’ve ever seen. My pick up time was 12:10, its 12:30 and still no sign of my order. The worst part isnt the wait, its the fact that none of the employees are moving like theres anyone waiting. They dont even care. There is NO sense of urgency as the line grows out the door. Pure laziness and lack of effort. Unbelievable.

Worst serviced Chipotle by far. I thought last time was a fluke, tried to give them another chance, and the service was even worse this time. My order was supposed to be ready by 8:30. 8:45 comes around and I ask about my order. My slip was just sitting on the counter. My order gets made, and it sits on the counter uncovered for another 10 minutes. I ask what's going on, the employee says he's waiting for the fajita. I said never mind it, it's 20 minutes past the time and I don't care for it anymore. He said it's ready on the counter, just needs to be put in. I'm not waiting for another 15 minutes for someone to load the fajita up and put it in my bowl. This is riduculous. Poorly managed. If you value your time, try another chipotle down the road.

I eat Chipotle probably 3 times a week and this location is NEVER, literally NEVER prepared. I hate leaving negative comments in any situation but it’s gotten to that point I guess.There is ALWAYS at least one ingredient not made and the workers just mindlessly walk around talking to each other laughing like there isn’t 6 people in line to order. I spend on the lower end 10 minutes longer in this chipotle than any other Chipotle I’ve been to. Don’t come here on your lunch break. You won’t be back to work in time to eat.

I have been standing here for 10 minutes while the few employees here fill online orders. I’m not sure what has happened to the customer service at all of the DFW area chipotles but it has gone down hill considerably and they are always out of something. The last time we ent they were out of chips and white rice.

Cashier was extremely rude and sounded frustrated. My wife said he actually cursed when I asked for a last minute item.

This Chipotle use to be really good, but recently they have not been on their (A) game. The rice are always hard and the chips are always burnt. Even the online pickup is not on point. I have waited over an hour for an online pickup once. Hopefully soon they get better management and more staff to help out.

If I could do no stars I would. I ordered a steak burrito with black beans and everything on it and they made it unwrappable so when I opened it the entire inside of the burrito fell onto me. I had to go inside to get a bowl for it because I was in my car on lunch break. Can’t wrap a burrito or follow instructions. Also the entire staff had no communication and all looked clueless to what was going on and what needed to be done. They looked like chickens with their heads cut off.

The food is normally great here but the customer service of the little mister red ride it hood was less than acceptable very rude and after hearing my order up wrong and forgot my queso decided to go and Whisper with the cook about his own mess up instead of correcting it like he should have their lead is very sweet and very awesome so with the line cook who was getting everything prepared the cashier was the only one that had an issue with

Food's fine, employee demeanor? fine. However, if i wanted my order at 2, i'd have ordered it for 2, not 1:30. took them half an hour to even get around to making my order, i showed up at 1:40, order hadn't even been started, didn't leave till 2:06, would've been a 1 star if they were mean about it.
