I had actually stopped eating here altogether awhile ago, but I wanted to jump on here and say that I now come here at a minimum of once a week. Your quality of food has improved and I think your staff is great.Side note: that new asado chicken is really good
ordered a build your own kids meal. get home. no tortilla sour cream I never asked for and theu had to put it in the contqiners the fruit go in so small portion. not sure how I am suppose to eat it with no soft tortilla. geez
never had any issues with an order at this place it’s actually delicious! my only problem with this specific location is the phone number posted on google takes you to an automated voice operator & it’s literally impossible to get connected through to the store. not sure if there’s any other phone number they can be reached at
A few minutes ago I ordered three bowls for to go, when I went to my home i found hair in my food. They should be more careful with their beard and hair so hair wouldn’t be in my food. And I had to throw all three of the bowls because they had hair. I will never go back to that restaurant until they have their hair with hair caps and beard caps.
Ordered food from this location and the order came with a bunch of ingredients missing. One bowl in particular was complete devoid of chicken. When I called and spoke to the manager Chris I was told corporate was cracking down and the portion sizes...I thought it was funny that a smaller portion size meant completely leaving out the chicken. Ultimately I received no apology or any ownership of the issue I was given a 1833 number and told to call it. It was a laughable experience. No offer to replace wrong items no apology or explanation just call this number it happens. Definitely won't be returning to this location.
The food was really good but they stop serving the vegan meat. So it was honestly a waste because the tofu isn't good. Please bring back the vegan meat/plant base meat.
I went to your North Richland Hills location tonight. I'd never been to a Chipotle before and was lost. Your host Luke sensed I was a first timer my GOD he was so so nice he showed me how things work and gave me Vegan Meat samples the Tofu is Perfect! Luke's coworkers are just as nice as he is! I had to let you know what Awesome people you have representing your company because I'm African American and weare sometimes hesitant about entering new environments because we don't know what to expect so it's beautiful to be welcomed and respected. And your food is Great! Thanks Luke for such a Pleasant Experience.?
Regular here. When a lady serves us she’s usually super nice very well attitude I’m sure she’s some type of manager. When I go & it’s a guy on the line he’s always huffing & puffing. Never fails.

I ordered extra chicken (cost 2.85 extra$), extra cheese and multiple other toppings for my bowl. It was only like 3/4 full and barely 10 peices of chicken. It definitely doesn’t taste fresh. This chipotle is pretty much like this every time I’ve been. Don’t recommend.
