We enjoyed Rita the Robot delivering our meals. The kids really enjoy coming to this Chilli's and seeing Rita. The kids always get the Alfredo Chicken. They like it a lot and will take it home and eat the leftovers. Personally it is not that good of an Alfredo. It does not seem to be made with heavy cream. It seems to be made with a processed type sauce instead of made in house. My husband got chicken fingers and they were really good. My biggest complaint with Chilli's currently is the limited menu. They have removed a lot of menu items. I am sure it is because of Corona. Chilli's use to be better. If they don't step it up, I think they will loose customers. We mainly only go there some because the grandchildren like it. But I can easily make Real Alfredo for them at home. Good Alfredo only requires a few ingredients and can be made in the microwave. ?
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!! I will never visit this location again. This is very unfortunate as they have great bartenders that provide friendly fast service. However, dogs at the bar is unacceptable. One in a booth and one in a barstool at the bar. I love my fur babies as much as the next person, but I would never sit mine one barstool away from someone else's plate of food. REALLY!?!?!?Years ago this was a health code violation.

It was an adequate experience, you know? I waltzed on in with my family and we got the wait time. It's Saturday night, what are you gonna do, right? The staff was beyond friendly. I talked to the Host and I got that it was a busy night. I know them like the back of my hand, nights like these. Waited a while and finally got somewhere decent. Service was wonderful, I'll give them that. It was just... the food. You know, what they're known for. My burger looked smashed inwards like somebody sat on it and tasted tasteless despite it being the "secret sauce." (No wonder they got to keep it a secret. Downright shameful.) And my old man, oh he had it BAD. The chicken was cooked like fish. It was like a beer-battered cod instead of the Southwestern Chicken. We asked for the sauce too, since they missed it, but that must have been lost in all the commotion. It was a busy night, and I don't know what havoc might have been going on in that kitchen, but it could be better. I got good time with my family at a pricey cost of semi-par (if not lacking) food with expected affable service.
Food was not very good. Waiter didn't really pay attention to much.

I'm just not overly impressed with this place. The staff was very friendly and the food was good. Nothing to write home about though. And if I'm just going for burgers & fries, I can get better tasting burgers & fries for half the price; just not in that area. So glad I don't live over there and only go to visit.
Worth the wait. The wait time was very long between ordering and food on the table but the food was super good. Not boring. Friendly staff.
Good, fast restaurant food. I’ve been frequenting Chilis for 30+ years and between the locations is a very consistent experience. Unbeatable chips and salsa (or queso) and a wide variety of options.
