Went in today and ordered over 50.00 worth of food. When I got drink carrier I said thank you ….no response When I asked for cocktail sauce and not tarter sauce (3 different times) said thank you …..no response. When I asked for lemon juice and serendipity salt I said thank you ….. NO RESPONSE My god a you are welcome and thank you for your business would have been nice but I will just take my hard earned money somewhere else next time.
Fast, fresh food, and excellent service! An employee by the name of Daniel was working the drive thru and greeted me with the biggest smile and friendly, professional service! I asked to speak to the manager (also friendly and professional!) to compliment Daniel and found out he had only been there one week. I appreciate such friendliness, professionalism, and excellent service!! Keep up the great work Chicken Express on Davis Blvd!!?
We bought the 8 piece mixed with sides and deserts Monday evening. It was lovely until my husband found a dead bug in his chicken thigh. Our guess is that it came that way from the factory. It cured our desire for fried chicken for a while!
Don't waste your time, find another CE to patronage. Sat at the speaker waiting for someone to acknowledge us, after saying "hello" pause wait "are you ready" pause wait " Hi" we drive around. The young man with the headset comes to the window and says oh your the car that pulled off right before he spoke. My reply was maybe work on customer service, you could of acknowledged us or asked us to hold on. His response can you drive back around, I can't take orders at the window....well obviously you can take them at the drive through speaker either. Needless to say they lost this customer.
I asked for 2 orders of spicy chicken mashed potatoes & caslaw for both orders. My lady and I we get ready to enjoy the spicy chicken tenders and I got regular chicken not what I ordered mashed potate I only got 1 no forks or spoons. This is not the first time these guys messed up my order. I will bring my business somewhere else, Whaterburger or Marco's Pizza they are near by....
The new owners did an amazing job at making this place a peaceful place to enjoy a great meal. Nicest chicken express I have been to .The inside is beautiful! Service was ?the best I have ever had at any chicken express will definitely be back .
Excellent livers and very generous serving. Sweet tea is also very good. Chicken strips were fresh and juicy. Very clean and nicely decorated inside.
Food was hot and mostly tasty. Bought the 7 piece to share with my wife, 1 very large piece and 4 very small pieces. Luck of the draw I guess. Just a rough day spent at the hospital and just wanted comfort food. Food was still steaming hot when I got back to the hospital so that was appreciated.
Literally chipped a tooth! Boneless tenders that had a massive chunk of bone, my tenders you could tell some were recently cooked and some were either over cooked or old. Two different temperatures, two different colors. Mostly bottom of the batch tenders no doubt. What really threw me off was the mashed potatoes that were for some reason sour, I have never tasted potatoes that had that sour milk smell but in flavor. Only reason 2 stars are going up is because the tea was good and the rolls were ok. But bone.... cherry on the cake no doubt, will not be returning to any location any time soon!!
If you advertise tea two for $6 then you should honor that deal. Driver through window cashier said he was told that deal was off. I pointed out that the lit up sign in front states two for six. Young man just shrugged his shoulders and said deal was off. FALSE ADVERTISING! And don't buy tea when they are about to close. Tea tastes old that late.
