Chick-fil-A is always a great experience. It is a excellent place to get a meal and to visit with family or friends. You can get low calorie foods if you are trying to watch your waist line like some of our family. You can get some great shakes if you are not.. We truly appreciate how community involved our Chick-fil-A restaurants are. How many restaurants do you know of that have great food and a bingo fun night?
Really fast drive thru. Every fast food business could learn from them. And of course the food is excellent!!
Love this location. Staff is great. Always clean. The playroom is open. High fives all around.
Not sure what happened to this location but, the last couple times I have been the order is completely wrong and they never give sauces and the person taking the order is rude. Super disappointment
I love Chick-fil-a but will not return to this location. It is the first location where I experienced awful customer service. I placed my order with a helpful person. When I got to the window I paid and was asked to move forward to wait for my order. After about 5 minutes, Josh came to my car without my order. He told me they had ran out of the gallon jugs for the tea. I advised him that they were filling mine but I was asked to wait. I saw the gallon jug myself. He then went on to explain the jug I saw would have to be used for a catering order. I told him thanks for making sure I knew that I was not an important customer. His response, was to laugh. Really? He then said he would refund me for the tea. Instead of providing the rest of my order which could have been fulfilled he refunded me for the two items. I was shocked that he did not even offer to provide the item they could fulfill. I will take my business where it is actually appreciated. Thankfully there are many Chick-fil-A's to choose from. I would steer clear of this one.
Everything runs smooth, got through the line very fast and they didn't mess up my order, everyone's always polite & the salads were fresh.
Busy for dinner but moves as fast as you could hope. Good as always.
The best experience I've ever had in a drive-thru! This shout out goes to Zoe who was working the drive-thru window. As I pulled the car forward, she gave us a big drum roll as we waited briefly for our food. She said she was still working on her drum roll but it was pretty dang good to me. We chatted for a few seconds before receiving our salads and I drove off. Had to call my husband and tell him about the positive exchange. It's refreshing to see such positivity. After having had a rough day, it put a big smile on my face. Don't ever change, Zoe! The world needs more people like you!
I’m a huge fan of chick fil a but this one s service was the worst I have experienced! The tall gentlemen working the window this morning was rude . I ask for lots of mayo he gave me 2 ! When I ask for more he said why ? And grabbed 1 more and said here ! Very nasty .
Not busy, and the automatic trash can full. Informed employee it was full, and couldn't dispose of trash. Ignored me, so I just put trash by it. Ridiculous how you have to ask for ketchup, and napkins. They give you 2 napkins for a family of 4. Most unorganized store in the area.
