Went in for a bite to eat. Mary was cleaning the eating area, checking on customers, refilling drinks and making small talk with customers. She said how happy she was to do these tasks for guests as it made her feel good and kept her moving. What an OUTSTANDING job she did and incredible asset to the team she is! Keep up the GREAT work!
We did an online order to pick up through the drive thru. The line was slower than it usually was.We spoke to an employee to tell them we had done an online order, he said hang on and went inside to check if we could still get breakfast. Management said it was "past breakfast time" so we didn't get our breakfast that we were craving yesterday morning ? (this happened to us at a different location one other time but they honored our order)
I been to several Chick-fil-A's most of the service is the same it's always awesome to hear please thank you and my pleasure however I can say that for this Chick-fil-A at this location they actually act like they don't want to serve you and very seldom you're here please are and a thank you I visit this location twice and I'm not satisfied with the service maybe they need somebody from the real Chick-fil-A team to help them with their kindness and smiles
Love this place. Young associates are clean cut, polite, familiarity the menu, and eager to serve the freshest of ingredients...salads, sandwiches, soups, etc. Quick and efficient drive- through. Thank you for giving employees Sundays off to honor God and meet with believers.
Chick-fil-YAY is more like it! The drive thru staff is great. My food is always hot. My order is always right and those little Chick-A-Dees are the sweetest lil' peeps. Go chick'em out. They are a great blessing. Winner winner Chick-fil-A Dinner ? ?
I live and breathe Chick-fil-A! Thank God this place exsists I am absolutely obsessed with their chicken nuggets and the waffle fries ! The food here is always fresh delicious and the customer service is outstanding!

Super friendly and clean location. Lisa was amazing, great customer service and very friendly. She made sure we had everything and asked if we wanted our drinks refilled. 10/10
First time ever at this location and will be the last.. after getting my food heading back to lake worth I discovered they messed up my sandwich..tried 3 times calling ..no prompt to reach the store .so turned around get back tell a team member then a manager then the store owner...and NEITHER of them offer anything for their mistake...poor service and to not care what they put people through when the mess up someone order...smh
