Haven't been to burger King in years in because they never get order right, wanted a snack, spied a brand new one. Meh I'll try. Ordered drpepper and value menu cheeseburger. Got a chicken sandwich and fries. FFS can you still not train people?
I have learned today that I need to let this location go. I kept on trying to give this location a chance to keep my business, but it's gotten worse over time. The staff is young and has no clue about customer service, the orders are not fresh , missing items, wrong orders, and long waiting time. This location is not that old I'm surprised it's this bad.
Doors were locked when we arrived despite people in the lobby eating. Got told they got overwhelmed and locked the doors.. While we were eating 5 families had walked away because they relocked the doors. Isn't that a safety issue? Locking your customers in the restaurant? Woman's bathroom smelled like sewage it was gross to say the least
They seem to be short handed a lot, which everyone is these days. So I try to take that into consideration. Staff is always friendly. We always have good luck getting fresh delicious food if its earlier on in the day.
Stopped to get a hamburger and fries. Pulled up the drive thru, two cars ahead of me, the time was 1:00 pm. The car in front of me Pulled out of line, I pulled up behind the car at the speaker. Sat there for about 2 minutes, the car finished placing there order I pulled up to place my order, but before I could I was told to wait a second. I waited 5 minutes went by the lady came back on the speaker and told me to wait another second as they were still working on the order ahead of me. I waited 6 more minutes, than I spoke into the speaker, the lady came back on, I told her that the 4 cars behind me had left and that I was still waiting. She told me that they were still working on the order ahead of me. I asked how much longer it would be, she replied she didn't know because it was a large order, and that there was only 2 of them working. I told her I was leaving, went to Wendy's and got what I wanted. If burger King can not staff sufficient people to work this location, they will soon close there. I mean that is one the main roads in the area. It connects to mid-cities, Halton, grapevine, and out laying areas. From now on I will go elsewhere for fast food.
Haven't eaten at a burger King in years and u loved the flame broiled hamburgers. Still is pretty decent just not a big fast food eater anymore, but I did enjoy the experience.

The service here was outstanding! All of the staff are kind, quick and very friendly! My food was hot, fresh and tasted great. I will definitely be back! Truly the best experience I've had at Burger King!
The manager Matt and his crew did a fantasic job tonight. They made sure my food was correctly made HOW I WANTED IT. Chicken fries, chicken nuggets, and fries were made fresh, and served with a good speedy quality, they are very polite, and well mannered. So far my favorite Burger King, and fast food restruant.
Marty is amazing there. I WILL not order any food from here unless she is there. She is the only one (in all my experiences) at this location that makes sure my food is fresh and hot.Thank you Marty for your impeccable customer service!
