Tried calling for 10 minutes or more, no answer. Husband got there to order our 3 pot pies, was told they had 2. Hubby asked why they don’t answer the phone, manager says they didn’t hear a phone call. I called while he was in the driveway (because they closed the dining room an hour early) and he didn’t hear a phone ring. So as I am telling hubby I will eat a rotisserie chicken plate & he told the manager he would take the 2 pot pies and order the rotisserie, she said sorry but an online order came in & now there was only 1 pot pie available!!! Are you fricking kidding! Online order got preferential treatment over someone there in person! I told him to drive away! Never again!

I love Boston Market! I enjoy coming here as I usually get a 3/4 dark, both my sides are creamed spinach and a drink and every so often six cornbreads as the deal is cheaper than three.However this location is lacking in menu items and quite frankly it's disturbing. I've come here three times in the past week, the first time they we're out of chicken. The next time they did not have any large cups for soda and just now I wanted to get a piece of pie because they have eight new items but tonight for whatever reason they only had chocolate cake. Also in the Drive-Thru I have to remind them to put in a spork as they often forget.The staff here is very professional and kind. I absolutely love coming to Boston Market but I'm concerned about this franchise as how they lack in what the menu offers...Normally I would give this restaurant a five-star review but three strikes and you're out.

I have no idea what has happened, and if it's just this location or all of them. But they are never open. No one ever answers the phone. They are always out of items. I arrived 2 hrs before close, and someone was putting up the seats in the dining room, and wouldn't unlock the door. No one responded at the speaker or the drive through speaker. At this rate, just shut the store down and let a restaurant that will actually be open move in.

We never really had an issue with the food, except for the two times they were out of chicken. Their hours are what's the issue. The times I've tried calling to see if they were open, instead of driving all the way out there, no one answers. The times we would go out there, they were closed, way before their listed closing time. It would be nice if there was a recording or something saying they were closing early for whatever reason.

This place needs to close. Went there today and the lady said they had no chicken just meatloaf. So ok we get meatloaf she goes so we are out of gravy to. Everything looked dried up. It was gross. All of the drinks where out at the machine. They suck!!!

Used to be good but something went wrong somewhere. Mack and cheese was like WATER and noodles not cooked all the way. Chicken was extremely saltie and bloody in the middle not fully cooked. Mashed potatoes were good but that's it... will never eat here again lost my business for good.

I don't know but ive come here the past 3 times! And the 3 times ive come have been so good! Hot and delicious! I love it! I even asked the girl if they were under new management! They did something!!

Older night shift manager was extremely rude and refused to service me and my family even though they closed the store before closing time. Half the time this location is out of an item or the order is wrong or they are just ill mannered and tempered. Ive been a franchise food manager myself I dont understand how this location is still open. This was the last time for me and my family. If you want rude service and cold food you probably didn't order this is the place for you.

Christmas Eve I show up to pick up my online order for my families Christmas dinner and they proceed to tell me my order has been canceled. That they are only filling holiday orders, I thought my order WAS INDEED a holiday order ,the fact that they don’t notify you with an email, or phone call to notify you that your order will not be able to be fulfilled is beyond me!!!!! I really don’t fault the employees but atleast a phone call would of suffice. I’m left last minute scrambling for Christmas dinner!!!! AND IVE SEEN NO REFUND!!!

I have always liked Boston Market but it seems to be struggling over the last few years. Arrived ar this location well after dark and the drive thru lighting and signage was unlit and unreadable. Went inside and was told there was a wait on any chicken and they were out of Meatloaf. What was left in the display did not look appealing. Hope this was a temporary issue and not what this restaurant has become.
