It would be s negative 5! How does a manager allow doordash to be made etc before the lobby food is made? Me and others made to wait 20m no food. Horrible service!!!!!!Then manager got rude because of their staff.
Never answer the phone. Lobby always closed even though have big sign saying dining room is open. It's impossible for 3rd party drivers to pick up their orders from here and kills our ratings. The food service is also met with extremely slow having to wait 30 mins in the drive thru for cold food by time we receive the food. Worst Arby's around
Outstanding customer service through the drive through window thank you so much for being so attentive and understanding, I got the brisket and bacon sandwich it’s for limited time only and was told it was delicious so thank you Ronald for being so amazing keep up the good work you are the reason we come back and ofcourse the sandwiches can’t resist those but amazing you really are . The food was fresh , hot , and tasted delicious!
Drive way entry can be a challenge. Hopefully when road construction is complete it will correct the issue. Drive through only, dining room closed.
No stars terrible terrible customer service.just attempted to order food for 5 via drive thru. Was treated as of I was inconveniencing them. I will not spend my money where the service is that terrible. Everyone has a right to be respected. Management needs to expect great customer service from their team. This stores leaves alot to be desired. Zero stars!
There are people who think customer service ends at the transaction, there's people who think a lot of arby sauce is five packets. Then there's the visionaries like Bree who blow your expectations. Here's to you mother!!!!
Service was great,fries were a bit old tasting and they must have the same shake machine as mcdonalds cuz for 2 days in a row its been broken...but the beef n cheddar sandwich were great so that's a plus
I got food poisoning from the beef and cheddar classic sandwich. I didn’t eat the whole day and that was the only thing i ate and the next day I woke up I had food poisoning. Also the lady we spoke too rushed us the entire time and was a little rude.
Just went through the drive thru 11/17 at 1:30pm. The gentleman that took my order was very nice and the service was really fast. The fries were a little old, but the customer service earned 5 stars. And thanks for putting ice in the tea! A lot of places hand you a warm tea with 3 ice cubes in it. Thank you employee in drive through fro listening to my order & getting it right and being present to serve us!!
Turkey bacon ranch sandwich.Hold lettuce, tomato, onions, etc.Should have held ranch too, was very cold and detracted from sandwich.Difficulty placing order at drive thru, I attribute it to asking 'what all is on the sandwich" and cashier dealing with previous customers at same time.Sweet Tea was welcome on warm day, cold ranch on sandwich was not. Didn't discover the container of little pieces of curly fries until was several miles down road..Grrr.
