Worst service I’ve experienced. Took 30 minutes formy bf and I to be seated and it was a very slow Sunday and only ones waiting to be seated. The amount we paid was expensive for such a small portion of a meal :/ The restaurant wasn’t welcoming and I was bummed because I haven’t ate at apple bees in years and was really looking forward to eating my Sunday dinner here
Honestly I have never eaten here, but I work for doordash and the staff here is AMAZING. Food gets out at a great time, but they are super helpful and kind. I could tell they were super busy, and they still took time to help me out. I wish I knew the guys name who helped me out, but you were the MVP along with the lady who brought the food out. Literally everyone was great. Food smelled great tho and it was hot and quick!
Haven’t been to Applebees in years. Decided to have it for dinner. Picked the 4 cheese Mac and cheese with chicken. For almost $19 for one meal, I’d expect more food than this. This should’ve been no more than $10. I’ll avoid them next time and go to Chick-fil-A or canes across the street. Better idea is chili’s. 2nd and last time I’m eating there. Not worth it!
went today 03/26/22. They were a bit shortstaffed, but our food came out fresh and hot l. Our server, Ray, was an amazing man. 10/10 would recommend this location.
Waited for 15 minutes and no one even spoke to us!! just looked at us and kept walking! We were a party of 6!! So probably didn’t want to serve us! A all white party of 3 came in and got seated right away ?! I literally waited just to see!! It’s 3:40 on 3/5/2022! So everyone should have a talking too! Never will come back and I love Applebee’s! Just not this one
Food was good, the extra charge was not. Really not happy I got charge two different amounts. One is correct, with tip and all and the other is an extra one that I didn’t approve. No I’m not a Karen but I will be speaking on this to a manager and making it know that a server is trying to pull fast ones on their customers. NOT COOL.
I went with my mother and daughter. Let me tell you why I will NEVER go back! I ordered a burger ( well done -no pink) I got my burger I’m eating it…. Literally most of my burger was RAW….. they apologized or whatever but literally since I’ve been sick… to the point I’m going to have to go to the ER. Seriously will never and after that the server didn’t really want to come back and check up on us.. the manager said sorry and took $10 off the bill… but feeding someone raw meat can make them sick… if anything I will have to make it a legal issue… because it’s wrong!
Ever since the whole “fancy like,” song came out and became popular on TikTok my 2-year-old, nephew has been begging to go to “Applebees on a date night with my aunt Kk.” This place just was not it, food wasn’t fresh and was cold and clearly frozen. The server was unattentive, and the manager didn’t go around to check and make sure that everything was ok, the best part of the experience was the host and then finally getting to leave. Huge disappointment, and not sure what, Walker Hayes, thinks is so great about this place.
What a great experience. The servers and Santana was amazing. We had the bacon cheeseburgers with the fries and fried cheeses as our appetizer. We never had to ask for anything. Very clean food was very good and the atmosphere was wonderful. I have not been to this location in 2 years because I did not have any good experience with this location but was very impressed with today would recommend to anyone
I wanted to reach out to recognize Crystal J, who helped us on 12-25-21 at the North Richland Hills location.Due to our family plans being cancelled for Christmas from some people having Covid, we were so excited that Applebees had an option for a Christmas dinner. My mom had called to see if she could order it but they told her she needed to call back at noon. She was just trying to make sure my family up here got some sort of Christmas food. I called back at 12 and Crystal helped me order everything. She was so sweet on the phone and in person as well. I wasn’t expecting anything out of the ordinary for a Christmas Day pickup but she exceeded all expectations. Her kindness and positivity radiated through her interaction with us and we are so blessed we got her to help us out.
