As of 5/11/22, the women’s restroom does not have operable soap dispensers only an iffy hand sanitizer dispenser.Food was decent. Wings and toast were fresh. Fries weren’t visually appealing & lacked seasoning.
I was so disappointed. I was a regular at Zaxby's in San Marcos TX before Covid. I just went to the New Braunfels location and it was dry chicken like it has been sitting out all day under a heat lamp. No season to it and I got spicy. It had spicy sauce on the bun but the chicken itself just. Gross. I got the fried mushrooms it was not crispy,looked to be microwaved not to mention the cold fries. What sucked is I was the only one in the drive thru yet it took ten minutes. You'd think I was getting a fresh sandwich since they seemed slow but nope the crew just seemed to be messing around. I get it's slow at night as this is mainly a lunch spot but this was so not worth the money. This is why the Zaxby's drive through in New Braunfels ever has cars in it
Darrin was extremely kind and helpful, recognizing that I needed additional assistance and returning to my vehicle after noticing I was still there after receiving my food. This man deserves a promotion!
Around 8:00 they never have anything they I wanted wings and they didn’t have any I also wanted a sweat tea and they didn’t have any wouldn’t recommend going unless it’s a chicken sandwich
If I could give a rating of -100 I would. Our first experience here was about 4 years ago and it was awesome, we were in the mood for a drive and some good food. BUT LAST NIGHT was such a DISAPPOINTMENT and waste of time, we should have just stuck with Bu-cee’s sandwiches and fried chips. The restaurant was filthy for one with trash on the floor through out the restaurant that needed sweeping up. The soda machine was not really working with flavors all tasting like carbonated water, disgusting and dirty as well. My family’s food was over salted fries, My husband’s fries had wilted lettuce stuck to them. Burnt toasted bread and boneless wings as HARD and small in size as ROCKS !!!! Never again will we be go back there.
They have excellent fries and I prefer bone on my wings. New generation's loves it you need to work for it instead it's already done. Have a blessed ? and beautiful day ?
Food was good. Service was outstanding. The staff went out of their way to make things right. We will go back Everytime we are in New Braunfels.
Our appetizers were tough and chewy like they'd been under a warming light. Drove out of our way and super disappointing. $20 down the shoot too.. Bummer...
Can't even dine in! Drove 25 minutes, couldn't wait to have a grilled chicken zalad. Won't ever go back!If you are short staff perhaps you should have something outside stating now hiring.
I have tried this place a few times, it has never been good. Food is always cold and dry. They must just make it in the morning and let it set all day. I don't know what the heck is going on. There is a reason this place is never busy even at lunch time. Yikes.
