Ordered my fiancé and I an order of boneless wings and an order of traditional wings for Mothers Day online through there website with a pickup time hours from the order time. When it was time to pick up, we got our food and got it home (which we live about 5 minutes away). We opened order to find that both the boneless/traditional wings were old as if they’ve sat for several hours. The fries were cold and soggy. I remember when this location use to have 5 star service but not sure what happened
Tried to order online while on my way home from work, "no online orders from 7 to midnight". Tried to call and place an order for carry out, nobody answers the phone.Moral of the story: a business with an apathetic attitude towards customers is like a smashed piggy bank, useless and it isn't getting any of my money.
This review is for solely for the service and availability of the online and phone ordering systemNever can get anyone on the phone no matter what time of the day/night is it.Worst of all if no one is available to pick up the phones, you would think they want their online business… nope. Store no longer does delivery even tho it says they do. Always says store is not accepting delivery orders at this time. Prices have gone way up. Cheaper to go across the parking lot to rasing canes
Sadly one star is as low as I'm allowed to go on here. Staff do not answer the phone, no customer service skills at all...after waiting in line for EVER my daughter brought our food home and they couldn't even put all of food in the bags. Because staff don't answer the phone, someone had to drive back to ask for a refund. Now they won't refund the money for the for missing food. Instead shoves food at us thinking that will make it right. Realize it won't make a huge difference if at all...but wingstop has lost business from this household. At least at the New Braunfels location.

First off my sister made this post on google and it was deleted so idk what happened there. But my sister applied at this location she informed the lady during the interview she had to wear a skirt and that it was for religious reasons the lady interviewing her said that she did not see that as a problem especially because my sister would be working the front counter not in the back. But my sister was asked if she would wear leggings for extra protection and my sister said yes. The lady then called HR to confirm with her there would be no issue and was told by them that they couldn’t hire her due to her religious dress. (Wich is illegal btw) I’m confused as to what the issue was as I am also religious and wear a skirt and have never had an issue and I’ve even worked in the food industry and still do.
Saw Chef drop thermometer on floor picked it up and check temperature on chicken and continued with his job !! Smh gross ?
