Everyone keeps saying “best wings in NB”. Going off this order, absolutely NOT!! First off, we paid $62 for two 10 piece wing combos delivered. The order got here with no napkins, and each of the flavors (2 flavors for each order) that were not flavored good at all.The wings were small and not very meaty. One of the lemon pepper orders was lacking so much seasoning they were practically naked wings.Definitely not recommend going here. Maybe it was a bad night for them, but for $62 it should have been a MUCH more pleasant experience!!
First time here and the visit was OK. Food was great, we got wings, rings and potato wedges. Hannah out server was fast and helped us out with some suggestions. The main thing here is the cleanliness. The table that sat us at was not wiped down properly and the chair was filthy. My wife wiped down the table with a lysol wipe and when she was done it was filthy, so the table had not been wiped down. As we were eating, they were setting up a large table next to us. Once they got the tables together, they did not clean the floor. There were debris and a big chunk of mac and cheese on the ground that wasn't cleaned up. The girl "cleaning" just wiped down the tables with what looked like a dry rag that happened to be sitting on a cart by the door. What appeared to be a manager, came and cleared off another table to move to these other tables and didn't even wipe off the table. Food was great, but cleanliness is lacking at this location. Not using any spray chemicals and using the same rag on all tables that was not sitting in a sanitizer bucket or anything is a bad deal
Great food and fantastic service. Best happy hour in town. Cody our server was awesome. He check in with us often, got us every we asked for right the first time. Food was perfect. No complaints. Thank you to all at Wings and Rings
We come here often for Happy Hour and dinner.Bummed they open later in day but totally understand the staff shortage.As a longtime customer (since it opened) this year has been a hit and miss on food. I have noticed portion sizes in sides are smaller or at least on my visits. This Sunday visit, fries didn't fill (it was less than half) the container & our 10 wings could have been 8 with the 2 non full size pieces.Over all this is a great place & will continue coming back for it's great cheap drinks.
Good food and friendly staff that went above and beyond considering how busy they were on a Tuesday night (btw they are hiring). We'll probably be back ????Check it out if you're in New Braunfels, Tx!
Service was extremely lacking. Our waiter didn’t seem to know the menu and along with wings we ordered their cauliflower/cheese bowl. When our food came the cauliflower wasn’t with the other dishes. We were then told they had run out and the “food runner” just sat there staring at me. I mean……ask if I want something else, right? That would be the normal thing to do. Why didn’t the manager tell his serving staff that they were out? Also, we had to ask two different people for napkins. When we were seated they were not provided. Seriously?…..It’s a WING place!!!!!! Napkins are a given. Food was not good enough to warrant a return visit.
Great little restaurant. Not a large variety but great food. We ordered the stuffed tots, appetizer sampler, bacon cheddar burger, 40 wings (teriyaki, lemon pepper, Buffalo, and garlic Parm.) and a Cobb salad. The only thing I wouldn’t try again were the teriyaki wings. All others were great. Our server was great. We will be back again.
First time here, I think the manager or assistant manager sat us down. He wore a blue shirt. Anyway when ordering appetizers, we asked if we could do fries with queso. He literally said no we can't do that!!! When they already have fries with queso and steak.??? We just want it without the steak.. ?♀️Like really now?Anyways we had a very nice girl with blonde hair ( forgot her name? ) Help us with ordering our food.. I rate her a 10+Kids pizza - very fakey,daughter was disappointed.. $6Chicken strips basket - 3ps very huge & filling - Honey mustard is good. But cost like $12?Oh and they charge for a side salad? $2. Something..Cheese Burger- descent.. huge. $12But this place is pricey for the quality of food.. specially there wing's..5 wing's for $8.This is the kind of place I would eat at two-three times a year because I'm out of choice's.I can get better food at TEXAS Roadhouse and spend less money or close to the same amount.. just my opinion..
Love the food, usually come for the drinks and a good time. Giving one star because of the terrible bar experience my group and I had. Eric the bartender was the rudest, sarcastic employee in the whole restaurant. Sat in front of him for 20 minutes and never looked up at us once just To get our first drink order. Served everyone sitting next to us or behind us, when we said something about being ignored his response was “oh I’m kind of busy”. I understand a busy night but he was purposely being rude. Sorry for the one star review, this review does not reflect the entire restaurant, just the bar. Hope he gets a better attitude.
Let me start this off by saying that the waitress and hostess were absolutely wonderful! The bartender, eric mower, however is not up to par. I understand with the busy hours can be stressful but you could acknowledge your customers and not make fun of them when confronted about ignoring us. Not an experience that I would recommend. I hope they get their bar staff together, would hate to not come here because of the service.
