I am a charge nurse close by so me and the nurses dine out here often. Out of ordering here about 5 times our order has only been correct like 2 times. Last night happened to be the worst. It was a busy night at the hospital and we ordered the food....to be exact it was beef nachos....well the food was chips and partial liquid cheese and shredded cheese...no beef like we had ordered. We ended up throwing the food away because it looked absolutely horrible. We called and spoke to Brandon who stated to come back and he would gladly fix the order, well tonight after making the call to get our fixed order the general manager stated he could not honor that but instead give us a discount. Why should we get a discount on the order the place of business messed up on??? Have you seen the price of meat compared to the price of tortilla chips??? We are really busy as nurses and to order out and continue to get our orders wrong is not good, it's not good customer service, nor is is right that people waste money on food they cannot consume. I really hope someone higher with the franchise can see this message and reach out because this place has the potential to do better, just maybe needs some attention. I rarely ever leave bad reviews, but sometimes it needs to happen. I am sorry but yall have lost another customer after multiple orders and attempts hoping it was just a bad night but this last one was the icing on the top.
Came in to eat and watch a playoff game with my girlfriend. Waited maybe 10 mins before a waitress came to sit us but we could tell they were understaffed. We went through 3 waitresses from the one who sat us, to the one who took our order, to the one who delivered our food, they all seemed bothered. I'm not sure if they had a long shift and was ready to be off but it was not inviting.The food was okay and I ordered food that came out separately on both orders. Like I got my rings & my girl got her fries. Then my fries came out and her wings came out. We also ordered drinks which were made wrong at first and then fixed. The only reason I'm giving this a 2/5 stars is I work in a service industry so I get it. I tipped the waitress $30-$40 and just told her to be more friendly. She smiled and apologized and gave me food and drinks to go. I just wish I had that service the whole time instead of when I tipped.
Went here for lunch with family. Never been so thought I'd try it. I've been to other wing joints before.I still don't understand the pricing. Boneless wings get cheaper/pc as you order larger portions. Wings however got more expensive. The menu didn't have pricing for regular wings. Weird. So you can change them as necessary I suppose.50 wings was about $67 I believe I was quoted. I asked what "add 10 pcs for $1.50" meant and both waitresses couldn't give a clear explanation. In my head it simply means you can order 20 pcs and then add 10 wings for an additional $1.50. But they both said that's not how it works and it's a drum. What's a "drum"?Since it wasn't clear I went ahead and ordered the boneless wings. Flavors were quite good and on that front we were quite satisfied. Service was also good after getting past the ordering phase.
Service was great and server was very attentive. Few order issues but nothing major and HEAVY seasoning is why I give 3/5. Can’t really judge the food when it’s covered like it was. Everything from the sauces/dippings to the actual food itself had layers of seasoning. It’s almost like they were trying to cover up bad cooking? Not sure we will be back.
Kierstyn was an absolute amazing sever! We came in late and she gave the best service. Brandon also came around to make sure everyone was satisfied! Thank you all for being happy to serve your customers and having a great attitude. The food was also great!
Called in an order and it was ready at the time they said it would be. However, we had to put the wings and fries in our air fryer at home for a few minutes to finish cooking them and get them crispy. The flavor was not very good on the wings. We had their mango habanero flavor for the wings.
Allows EXTREMELY obnoxious and loud drunks to ruin the atmosphere. Waitress thought it was a joke when I said I could not hear her over the table next to us and had to ask her to repeat herself 3 or more times. Realize that it’s a gathering place and/or “sports bar”, but not everyone enjoys not being able to converse with the person right next to them without yelling like you’re at a 1980’s rock concert. Secondary small note: the food was good but not worth the noise.
Stopped in for a late night dinner and was promptly greeted by the host. Hubby let me off the hook for cooking tonight so I happily agreed. Our food came quick, a burger and some lemon pepper chicken tenders! Everything was great including the mixed drinks! We will be back, shout out to the manager Jon who even came by and asked how our dinner was. This place honestly never disappoints even on random Wednesdays when cooking at home is too much trouble

Amazing Venue! Went on a Saturday by myself and I enjoyed the great service! Food was really tasty and I would really recommend the alligator bites!
