Normally I would give 5 stars, but they no longer have a grilled cheese sandwich or the cookie for the kids meal. You can ask and they will make it, but charge you for the bread and cheese individually which means you cannot order it on the app. This is the only thing my kids want so now we can't go here as much. :( I still love the food.
This is one of the best whataburger restaurants I have visited. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. They always made sure everyone had what they needed. The restrooms were very clean and organized. The manager Ferman, was making sure the employees were always doing what they are supposed to and also came into the dining area to make sure we had what we need.
Buffalo chicken ranch salad? Excellent! Highly recommend. And this particular Whataburger had a nice employee that made origami paper dinosaurs for the kids. Nice touch! Well done!
Went through the drive through two morning in a row the wait was over 20 minutes each day. Too me that is poor service. And really like Whataburger.
So I put my order in through Uber Eats at 10:40AM. They stop selling breakfast at 11! My uber driver calls me and asked me what drinks i wanted because they needed to know. Meanwhile my uber lady has been in line this whole time! She gets up to the window and they refuse to do my order!!! Why ask for my drinks if you cant fullfill my order??? They should have a cut off time for app orders! Absolutely ridiculous
I really like burgers fr there but lately u've been slacking I ask for easy on mustard n the mustard is a lot not good for my palets onion rings good but NOT as good as before so if I were u all u shoukd start making ur burger better n getting ur orders rite cuz if not u will lose ur crown 2 BURGER BOY stay on the ball or else ur competetor will take over ur crown don't get me wrong I still luv ur burgers but just saying u have been 1 of the best burgers in town but when u start messing up ur orders that's a bummer thk u stay safe n don't let BB take over ?

This restaurant has gone downhill since it was taken over by investors. I’m still a huge Whataburger fan. They always screw up my order in some way or take longer than they say they will take. I still come back. We’re in the middle of a pandemic and none of the workers was wearing a mask.
So disappointed this morning! Not only was the line slow as all get out, our food was cold, minus the gravy. We didn’t get any of the spicy ketchup we specifically asked for, and my coke ended up being diet. ? We won’t make the mistake and coke back to this location.
My husband loves whataburger. The hatch chili chicken and burgers are a seasonal favorite of ours. The spice is not over powering but adds a decent amount of flavor and kick. The shakes are ok. We ordered two mint chocolate shakes. The first one was spot on and had a good proportion of flavor. The other shake had way too much mint. The consistency was off. We generally have a good experience with this whataburger and the food is normally hot and fresh. The staff is nice and friendly.
