Hit or miss, food is good for the price, especially their Breakfast. Two locations in Seguin, Hwy 123 and Hwy 46, Hwy 46 is the best in my opinion, very friendly Staff. The miss part would be, if you are taking your Order to go, double check it, leave things off order or will give you the wrong Order. Management Staff on Hwy 123 is trying really hard to turn things around but with young Staff it's a work in progress. Both locations have great food at a fair price. Breakfast starts at 11pm, but you can order a Whataburger at anytime.
It's ok. Fish dinner is good cod fish.? I just wasn't happy that I ordered 4 fish dinners and when I got up to the window they had me pull up to the line while they completed my order. I finally got my order and came home to find out they gave me two fish dinners and two fish sandwiches. I should had looked at my order before heading home. Not sure why every fastfood place I go seems to be making such mistakes with orders.Even though I specifically told them no fish sandwich but the dinner. They probably misunderstood me.It happens, the receipt did show I was charged appropriately.It's all good. ?
All I can say is, literally, "What a burger!" The restaurant was spacious and clean as a whistle, and the food was delicious. Especially helpful was Gunnar, who took our order and made sure everything was just as we had requested. The food was so good our daughter kept going back for more delicious treats, and each time Gunnar treated her like a princess. So thanks for a great experience.
Ordered a triple burger with bacon and cheese, nothing else, through the web app. Received exactly that - kinda. I got a burger with a single slice each of bacon, and a single slice of cheese. Was told that's just how the web ordering worked, you have to add each slice of bacon or cheese individually by both customer service and a store employee (I have ordered through that app at least a dozen times in the past couple years, that has never been the case). I was told a refund would take several days. Hence, I am sitting here hungry (because I am sure as hell not eating a pile of dry, underseasoned, overcooked beef without something to add flavor) and royally....irritated with no recourse. Beware the Whataburger web app.
Worst place I've ever been to first they don't cook the food throughly second they just get your order halfway right. Also another thing that got on my nerves is they just squeezed the fries and threw them into the chicken strip basket and forgot the gravy. Another thing is they gave me and my parents someone else's drink and added it to our receipt. The workers here need retaining on how to properly handle food and also go trough some extra training on how to treat customers the right way. Also my food wasn't cooked properly which I will not stop here ever again. This place just lost a customer and I don't like seeing food not cooked properly or even properly handled like they was either rushing the orders or just plane up hate their jobs and life. If that's the way most fast food restaurants are going to allow their employees to have that type of attitude then I will not ever support that restaurant again. It's ashame when your a previous Texas food handler and had to get licensed by the state to properly handle food and present it but Its a discrace to see them not handle food the right way. Such ashame for being here in New Braunfels.
Hours for dine in on door day open till midnight on Saturday. Restaurant forcing drive through service only. Slow As molasses!
If you have a five guys available, go there. Slow service, food is average. The best part is the Dr Peeper shake. gogetanotherburger
This one is pretty close to our house so we frequent this particular store often. The staff is always very quick to get our order taken and out the door. The food is well what can I say it's Whataburger it's amazing!
Whataburger is spotless. Food is great and a lot of Seniors are there in the am. Staff is great and food is always superior to most fast food places. They strive for excellence.
Change give back was incorrect (your draw is going to be over when you count it) and the onion rings were COLD. You’d think being in line for 20 minutes we could get at least lukewarm food. Guess we are spoiled with ours in San Antonio ??♀️. 1st and LAST time we visit this location.
