A friend at work mentioned this place, I stopped by and was surprised. It’s a Food Truck type set up however that is where the stereotyping stops. Extra clean in & out. A Smiling Face greeted me, took my order and invited me to “have a seat’ at the outside seating. Burger was over the top great. Tasty, juicy and seasoned just right. Loved it. Only complaint..I didn’t order two. ??. I’ll be back..,

I should have got a picture but one bite and I was all in. Just got a standard bacon cheeseburger and it was soooo good! Customer service was excellent and the wait was short! I was able to sit in the AC of my car and they text me when my food was ready. 10/10 will be going back

Got our first burgers tonight, but definitely not our last! I placed an order on-line for 2 Classics with Pepper Jack, bacon, onions and mushrooms plus all the standard toppings. Paid using the 2 for one code for for Mondays. The burgers were absolutely amazing! Very thick and super juicy. They actually had great flavor. Runs a very close second to my favorite burger! Loved the onions and mushrooms. Each bite was quite a mouthful. A 2 napkin burger for sure. Funny prequel...Placed order and paid on-line. Even opened an account. Got there and the Elliott Knox location did not have my order.? They called the 306 store but not there either! The were SO gracious, they made my order, let me pay there AND gave me the 2 for 1! Recommending to all. Not only are the burgers outstanding but the employees (I think Karen) were exemplary representatives of the business.
These burgers are amazing! So juicy and full of flavor. So glad we decided to try this out. Price is a little high but definitely worth it. Fries are crispy and great seasoning.
Went there yesterday for the first time. Now, I wish we had gone there much sooner. The burger was awesome. It was a decent size, not too big, not too small. The patty was well-seasoned and incredibly juicy. It was so juicy that it makes quite a mess. The bun is super fresh and perfectly toasted. The crinkle fries are also awesome with some kind of very good seasoning on them. While their prices are not the cheapest in town, their quality is top-notch. On top of that, they were very fast. It only took ten minutes for us to get our food. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They just opened up a second location in New Braunfels. They're definitely a small, local business that deserves our support. Highly recommend!
Did lunch at the new UBP located at Hwy 306. The burger was awesome. Simply but carefully built, the burger did not disappoint. The bun was soft, fresh and toasted. The meat was fresh, generous and seasoned perfectly. The krinkle fries were a bit salty but flavorful. We will be back.
EXCELLENT customer service, convenient location but the burgers were WAY too spicy & were undercooked (still pink in the middle) so just keep this in mind if you prefer your burger cooked thoroughly, be sure to let them know. Unfortunately, the burger upset my stomach as I can’t tolerate spices. The spices are cooked into the meat so nothing I could do to eliminate that so just be aware that if you can’t handle spicy, you may want to try a different item. It was our first visit here so we weren’t aware of how the burgers were cooked & didn’t think to ask. The pickles are not on the burgers but instead are a single piece of a sliced pickle on the side (basically, a half a slice of a spear). My husband asked for no tomato and ended up getting a tomato but no biggie as he can just pick that off, the lady taking the order may’ve just misunderstood him. The side items & beverages are ala carte & are charged separately, they have crinkle cut fries in a cup, half of which were a bit too crisp & too hard to eat. They do have a really nice Al fresco (outdoor) seating area with provided sanitizer!! They also offer online ordering. Parking can be a bit tight but manageable. We’ll definitely try them again but I will try a different food item as I can’t tolerate the spices in the burger. Overall, they’re super nice & have a convenient location & friendly service. Despite the issues we experienced, it’s not something that would be a deterrent for trying them again so don’t hesitate to give them a try.
This is definitely not your average burger stop. Being eating burgers around the places, the UBP burger made me wow the first bite. I highly recommend adding an egg on top! " Be careful the egg is explosive; if you don't want it to happen, ask for well-done egg."
