I got a sliced brisket sandwich, mostly fat. Asked for no BBQ sauce, got BBQ sauce. After I pulled all the fat out it was like a little kid's sandwich. It's a shame too, we really look forward to the HEB BBQ.
Do not order doordash from here. The system they have is terrible and they always lose the order or don't even get it. They then expect the driver to wait in line with other customers, place the order, and wait while they prepare it, meanwhile your order is 20m+ late.They don't seem to realize that this is unacceptable or even a problem worth fixing.
Great BBQ at this location!!! I got 1.5 lbs of brisket, a medium potato salad, medium coleslaw, 3 links of sausage and Mac and cheese all for 65.00 I would have to say the brisket is just as good or better than Rudy's. I ordered 2 loafs of cornbread with my order over the phone but was told the cornbread would be ready in 15 min. I waited over 25 min and then was told that the cornbread was still gooey inside , but they did give me 2 more sides and a small banana pudding so all in all everything worked out for the best. MINUS 100 this place can not rate any stars. I order 2 meals one for immediately the other for my lunch for the next day. I ordered 3 ribs which came with 2 sides 1) cole slaw this was not separated from the hot food which is a health safety- so when i took my first bite it felt warm! this should be cold 2) I ordered green beans- there was nothing that said that the beans had pepper in them! there was a red pepper in them making them totally unatable! and it was not good! 3) finally the ribs had so much pepper you could not see the meat. they should labeled it pepper seasoned with meat! but again there was nothing to indicate it would have this level of pepper on it. So I could not eat it at all! I complained yesterday they wanted me to post my phone number in a public area! are you blooming crazy? this is against all rules of safety. I will never go here for anything other than a drink! I called today and the person answering the phone did not give a name and hung up on me when i asked for a supervisor twice!!! I had to throw it all away for safety! for the little i ate my mouth burned from the pepper for over 3 hours inspite of drinking a quart of milk! they do not care about the health of their customers!
Drive thru in New Braunfels took 45min to get through. Very slow service. I will pass on the drive thru in the future.
Best BBQ in town there meats are always fresh and tasty they have the best Turkey and cream corn I don't go anywhere else for BBQ .
Best BBQ brisket I’ve ever had, with the nicest people working there! Amazing fall apart, juicy brisket and two different bomb sauces. The sides were good… classic coleslaw and baked beans that were closer to a meat rich chili, but good. Loved the white bread slices, onions, and pickles too. A great, filling dinner for $12. A great Texas BBQ experience!

Awesome service from Chris today and a young lady with pretty blonde hair. Baked potato with chopped brisket was loaded with meat, cheese, sour cream, and chives. Pulled pork was delicious and the sausage was great. Prices are fair for good bbq! They have happy hour on drinks throughout the week and you can drink the beer while you shop at H‑E‑B. Service was quick, employees were kind and helpful, food was hot and delicious. The only thing we found not up to par was the dense, cheesy and very mushy Mac and cheese. Still good, but we might try another side next time.
Employees just looked at me for 5 minutes before walking away. Terrible service. No one was in line.
