TJ's used to be good , but not so much anymore. We went there on Fathers day and as soon as we walked in they told us it would be at least 30 minutes before they could serve us. And it really wasn't that busy. And the time before this , it took awhile to get our food and the prices had really increase a lot. So we decided to go to Bosse's and were served right away and as we were eating our food we notice alot of people were leaving TJ's and going to Bosse's to eat. I don't know what happen to TJ's but they need to change the way they do business
I love me some burgers and I'm a form believer that if you can't get a burger right then you shouldn't have a restaurant. That said... they hit this one. They cook everything MW (which yeah you gotta ask for less of a cook but I will let that slide) but they hit temperatures so that's good. The bacon was real and not old. The BBQ was smokey. The fries were right on.Good stuff... I'll be back to try more burgers
We had high expectations for this place but we’re sadly let down. The staff was friendly and the location is good. The buns were stale, the impossible burger was not good at all (almost tasted like it went bad), fries were old, and the wait was quite long even with it not being too busy. The prices were also high for the quality. The toppings bar didn’t seem too safe with being left out. The restaurant air was also quite warm. Unfortunately we both had big stomach aches for the rest of the day into the night. Not sure if we will give it a second chance or not especially with all of the positive resided.
Friendly staff! 1st time here yesterday not crowded at all.** Ordered cheese burger - You add your own fixings at the salad bar area.. Cheese burger okay no flavor.. not my top 10.** The Chili cheese fries / and tots.. - were delicious.** My daughter loved the large hot dog. She said it was her favorite.** My husband got the chicken fried chicken.. he said it was kinda of plain not much Flavor..They have a large menu so will try the catfish next time..
Today was my first time visiting this restaurant and I absolutely loved it! The staff was helpful and kind even at such a busy dinner rush. The food was delicious, our kids enjoyed they're hamburgers and my husband and I went to town on the catfish! We drove 40 minutes to eat here and it was so worth it ! Highly recommend & will be returning soon !
Burger ? was overcooked Not the same as it was pre Covid
I love this place. Friday night all you can eat catfish is the best. They have food for everyone here and its all good. Gotta try the broccoli bites with ranch. You can call in an order and pick it up in the drive thru. You don't even have to get out.
All you can eat fried catfish on Friday evenings. Have to try at least once! Casual, cozy place. Great for families or catching up for lunch. Here you order at the front, take a seat, and grab your food when called over intercom. Build your burger with toppings at the bar! Staff is kind and helpful. Food is always out in a timely manner. Burgers are a must here! But they have options for everyone. Salads, sandwiches, and more! Desserts available also!
If you want a burger… a shake… some onion rings, or any other classic sandwich or fried American food - this is the place to stop! New Braunfels has the gold mine of all burgers! If you are driving through don’t miss it and if you aren’t driving through - DETOUR! No matter how far it is, it’s worth it!
Wow, probably the best burgers in town absolutely amazing ..great fries and thick fried onion rings, what else can i say? There is nothing bad about this restaurant if you haven't tried it then you have no idea what your missing. Its clean, friendly staffed and you wil not leave hungry. If your in New Braunfels Tx and you are looking for a great affordable meal then stop in and you will see what I mean. Great food at a great price..!
