ThunderCloud is my all time favoritesandwich shop. Seldom a wait, friendly staff, super clean, everything is fresh.AND THEY MAKE MY FAVORITE SANDWICH-----VEGGIE DELIGHT.Try it!!!!
I never have an issue if I go inside and order. The last few times I have ordered online my order is screwed up. They didn't include the meat in my a TURKISH delight at least 3 times. Today I'm really disappointed. Picked up order and I had BROWN avacado and no lettuce in my sub in a bowl. I've never been given a sub in a bowl with out lettuce. And no extra sauce as I asked for. Super dry ,brown, bowl of sprouts. I LOVE this place,so get it together!!!
Super friendly staff! My husband and I frequent the New Braunfels location all of the time. Their fresh ingredients and delicious soups set them a level above Subway or other chain sandwich shops. Highly recommend!
I've been a Thundercloud fan for years from back when I lived in Austin. The one in New Braunfels is excellent. The food is always fresh and the service is top notch. I have never had a bad experience at the NB Thundercloud!!

Worst sandwich I have ever had from Thunder Clouds. If I wanted to taste bread, I could have made a bread sandwich at home. Lost my business for sure.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I got the wrong sandwich, asked for a refund via the phone, was hung up on, called back, was told that a manager would call me that day and it never happened, and then my card was charged anyways. Do not go to this location if you care about your order being right or your food actually being made on time, or if you care about being treated like a person.
