Crab dip was fresh and great tasting but full of pieces of shell.Bloody Mary’s hailed as unique here - wasn’t a fan myself. Half glass of Tom juice, vodka and the rest filled with pickled juice. Veggie assortment all pickled, which is great, but all in the same style/juice, which is all just poured back in the bloody. It very much was just drinking from a pickle jar with different looking veggies and a piece of bacon added in while all tasting of the same older vinegar while being over-priced due to parroting of misplaced hype. Not sure I caught on to what was to be the bee’s knee’s about this place as I may have missed it.Prices are good for food - it’s priced about as low as can be without starting to suspect the food quality.
Great service! The young man was very energetic, attentive and accommodating. I had their oyster poor boy with fries and added ginger coleslaw. The oysters were nicely fried with a mix of cornmeal and flour? It was not over cooked and they were some pretty large oysters. The ginger coleslaw was good and interesting, I would recommend it. My husband had their blackened chicken sandwich, came with jalapeño cheese and guacamole. I will definitely be back to try something else on the menu.
This place is amazing! The food is super fresh and made with love.Ryan, the bartender, is super sweet and will totally take good care of you. Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. The fried oreos were delicious, but also nice and light! We will be back many times!!!!
I always evaluate Food, Service and Cleanliness for restaurants. The Food exceeded our expectations... I mean, REALLY good food! The service did not stand out as great, it did not stand out for being bad either. It was serviceable service. Not saying it needs improvement or anything, it just didn't stand out.Cleanliness was kind of a tricky one. The place didn't stand out for being particularly clean or dirty, BUT... Their Playlist they were rocking made the experience along with the food... A 5 star trip! Well done guys!
My sister and I stopped by for the famous Oyster Bar breakfast shots. They did not disappoint! I also had a spiked lemonade that was refreshing. The bartender was attentive and personable.
Great bar, awesome drinks (especially the Bloody Mary). Their front patio is disgusting though. In desperate need of pressure washing and new chair cushions. Additionally, if you are sitting on the patio don’t walk inside to order. They will yell at you for that but then won’t ever come outside to serve you either.
Great service and food is excellent. No one is wearing mask, but that of course is up to the management. The ceiling fans above the dining tables are super dusty, it’s so thick of dust it’s about to fall off! Eeek hopefully this will be seen and they can clean them :) other then that I recommend!
We had the deviled eggs, shrimp cocktail, crab cakes with coleslaw and sweet potato fries, and a catfish basket... everything was fabulous including the service and ice cold beer! Loved the atmosphere, music, food, everything. Will definitely return.
The food and drinks were great here, as well as the service. We've tried several different items from their menu and have been pleased with all of them. The meatballs were fantastic!
We frequent Macadoo’s for the oysters BUT they don’t have a kids menu. Came here and the oysters were not very good. Had a bad smell as soon as you walk in. I can see how it would be a good spot to drink at. Had a lot of space and games.
