Tim took such exquisite care of our 6-top. Attentive, funny, knowledgeable - he’s the epitome of what makes a dining experience pleasurable.Food was fantastic, drinks were fast and tasty. To ownership: give him an equity stake - he’s a big part of what makes your restaurant successful.

Staff was great and friendly. Food was ridiculously hilarious. The poverty burger was probably all of 3-4oz and the bread was 3x the size of it. If your going to cheap out on burger meat at least make the bread the same size as the small kids burger you serve for $15.00.

I love coming here to have my fav cocktail drink, “Yes, please!” Great bartenders as well!!

We ended up here on a Saturday night after trying a few other places that had too long of a wait. There was no wait and we soon figured out why. The service was great but the food just wasn't great. The decor of this place and the food were both a nice try, but just missed the mark. We had crab cakes, which were ok but the sauce that came with it wasn't great so we ate them dry. We had the hummus of the day, which was served very cold and it was also nothing special. We each had a salad, and again, Meh. It felt like they were trying too hard to be unique without any real cohesiveness. Wouldn't recommend.

The BEST bar tenders and amazing food! Highly recommend coming on Sunday for brunch. Love this place and the people ?

Downtowner takes special care in their drink menu and dining selections. Staff is accommodating and caters to their clientele. Everything is delicious and presented as if it is special for you. Order the suggestions, relax and have a terrific evening. It’s always a treat!

Parking is a hassle but the ambience is nice. Good selection on the menu. Service leaves a little to be desired. Prices are a little high given the delivery and overall quality of the food. Owner seems to like to make it known he is the “owner” and is rude.

Pleasantly surprised by this place.... combination of rustic/industrial (If that's a thing) style. Great service, drinks and grub! We'll be back. Taylor offered the service of a high-end place....so we tipped her as such.

Friendly staff. Food was okay. I had the Nashville chicken sliders. The fries had a weird texture as if one side was overcooked. Chicken had good flavor and was well seasoned.

Terrible service, Employee Matt Smith and others publicly harassed a young accordionist in public, while plastered, shouting foul language and obscene messages. Classy. Never will set foot in a dump like this again. Will recommend people eat elsewhere.
