Went to the creekside Subway, I was told that this Subway will not honor my SUBWAY coupons since they CHOOSE to not participate in the program, hmmm, I CHOOSE not to participate in this Subway location. People !!! I am trying to save money here. Inflation? Trying to save money. FYI --- I will not be back
This place is never open. 11:30 am Saturday and it's closed with a sign that's says they close a 4 pm. Everyone is short staffed right now but good company's are still able to maintain normal operating hours and good customer service. This place just seems to have a lazy staff and owner. The food when it is open is not good.
Absolutely atrocious in every sense of the word. I even came back again to try and give it another chance. All workers are disgusting. At 8:00PM they had guests with them who were BEHIND THE COUNTER PICKING TOPPINGS AND EATING THEM. A week before this incident- my clients and I got food poisoning from there!Worst experience ever. The blonde girl who works there (now has hair brown) is cocky and rude. “How many ?” is what she asks as soon as you try to order your sandwich. My boyfriend called her out and asked if she was having a bad day.Something needs to happen here and things need to improve.
Google says they're open until 10..got there at 645. They were closed. Update your website and Google. It's not that hard.
Horrible service, the blonde girl acted all the time as if she wasn’t able to understand me, she even shushed me. Afterwars she intentionally delayed my sandwich for like 5 mins.I guess she was offended because My colleagues and I used mask and she didn’t.

The gentleman with the tattoos who made our sandwiches was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu. We sat inside to eat our meals and he was very nice to every customer that walked in the door. He set a great example for the young man he was training.

Scott and the other employees there today were amazing. They had the best attitudes, and I loved the service. Super friendly, and very hardworking!
