I work for Amazon and my lunch break is sacred. I have lost count how many times I have used valuable break time to drive over, only to read some printed out paper that reads “closed early” taped to the door.They can’t keep any employees for a long amount of time because they quit, and there is zero leadership. This Subway is an absolute train wreck that is screaming for overhaul. Pay a manager! Make an attempt at some employee incentive! Operate like a normal Subway!!
Store frequently closes whenever the lone employee feels they would like to go home. Three occasions within the past month, I have walked into the store, only to be told they are closed. Tonight, there were customers in line, and I was told they were closing after a particular customer!? Sign says 8:00 p.m. , not times may vary. I work at a nearby Warehouse that gives out gift cards occasionally to Subway. They will not be bought/redeemed at this location any longer.
Greg the sandwich man was the most upbeat positive person. He really loves his job and takes great pride in his work. My sandwich was as good as it always is but Greg needs to be recognized for his outstanding customer service and his love for his job.
If I could give it 10 stars, I would!\ The staff, especially JOHN, are AMAZING! Friendly, professional, and helpful. This is the first Subway I've visited where the Peeps actually appear to enjoy their job!\ The restaurant was immaculate and well stocked. It truly was a great experience ?
I never worked at subway but I observed how sub sandwiches are wrapped neatly. My sandwiches were cut in half without folding them first making a mess. Then they were wrapped with fillings all over. Someone needs more training. Very messy lunch.
Idk if the others are different but online says 8 is closing and I drove in traffic and got here at 630 to find the store closed! The sign up front says 8pm is close but nothing else saying why close early waste of gas and my time!
Customer service is not good and on top of that if your store says hours are from 8am to 8pm then stick to that. I got there at 745pm and the lady watched me walk in and said oh no were closed. I said the sign said 8pm ma'ma and she followed with well its only me and im about to leave. Mean while there's no one in the store but us. SMH this is unsatisfactory and bad for business ? never going there again.
Walked in and before I even asked for anything the employee said sorry we are out of bread so i asked for a salad her answer triggered me sore are out of bowls so I asked why are you even open she just turned around and walked away.I said something to the store clerk so he went and found the bowls at his reach and she said something that would get her fired.Please review your video you'll see..That one star is overrated.
