Multiple times my drink is 75% full, I understand the milk foam will go flat with time but this much though?I noticed only a handful of stores does it right and this location needs improvement regarding the way they make hot drinks and really standardized their foaming process
Love the convenience of a drive-thru in NB, hate the rudeness of Jay…Kay? Claimed she’s the manager and has lots of attitude with a condescending smirk and fast fluttering lashes. Refused to remake my drink after making it wrong. She said Starbucks as a company is “cracking down” and no longer doing modifications to drinks. Hmmm. Doesn’t sound right to me.

This location may be the best Starbucks I have ever been in. Every person who walks in the door is greeted with a smile and a hello, and one employee is going out of her way to compliment every single person. You can tell they care about their customers! This is super refreshing!
I went to the drive-thru and they messed up my order. They give me another one at the window and it was still incorrect then they told me to keep both of them I just went inside. Can I tell them I want to try frappuccino with caramel several times inside waiting patiently and calmly. Finally somebody made it correct. Then I come by today through the drive-thru again still could not make my drink correctly it was like coffee cream on ice it was so sweet it was not chi.The older lady at the counter was very polite and I appreciated her but eventually I just gave up I want my money back I'll never come back there it's too bad

I would definitely recommend this Starbucks, they fixed my son’s drink immediately and gave me a gift card, the ladies there were patient, gracious and friendly, I will keep coming to this location!!
