There was 1 lonely girl working our local Starbucks located in Target at the Creekside shopping plaza. She was amazing! Every person she was kind to, and even though she was busy she didn't seem stress and kept her composure extremely well.Took an order, made the order, told the next people in line she would be with them in a minute, and thanked everyone for coming in. Every single customer she gave 100%. We didn't get her name but if the girl working on 4-16-22 around 8:30 p.m sees this know that you are fabulous! Everyone should have customer service skills as good as yours.
So sad about my experience. I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso and there was so much ice I could barely get my straw in, it was NOT oat milk (I’m lactose so that sucked,) and there was no flavor even though I asked for an extra pump! This is one of my regular drinks and this one was by far the worst:( We also got a pink drink that was clearly not mixed all the way and saw that the lady did not even shake it! I’m a Starbucks barista as well and can say I’m very disappointed this is how my experience went!

I would give them 0 if I could. While they were still open they refused to make anything other then regular hot coffee that had been brewed very early. The rude worker said they wanted to go home early. I have been to many many Starbucks throughout the US and I have never seen a more rude display of customer service!! Never stop at this Starbucks again and I am local to New Braunfels. On The Grind here I come.
Experienced horrible service the workers just talk to each other and take forever to make the drinks. The drinks contained expired products in it such as the strawberry’s, the coffee, and the cold foam. I ordered both a refresher and a coffee; both of them disappointed me.

The Frappuccino wasn't even cold and wasn't mixed good at all, was like warm chocolate milk.. Not a good place..
Wow, amazing. Everyone is so nice and funny, ya it’s a lil dusty but like its worth it.
It’s filthy .. if you go look at the machines, computers, supplies... they are all caked in dust and dirt. Really gross.
