I was there using the Wi-Fi to get some work done for three hours. They had a total of 4 people working behind the counter. When I first walked in I saw the all of the available tables were dirty. I just thought they were busy so I cleaned my own table and sat down. There was a point where they did not have a customer for 15 minutes and I was the only one there. No one came to wipe down the tables at all! At this point they were all filthy. And their bathroom was also not taken care of. I’d only recommend getting your coffee Togo.
The Starbucks workers at this location are always so sweet and so helpful. I didn’t catch her name but today one of the girls behind the counter stopped what she was doing to take my order and was telling me other ways I can order their teas and told me what I should try next time. She was very helpful and very friendly and this is honestly the best Starbucks in town.
What a wonderful experience at this Starbucks location! McKenzie and her co-worker made my day. Such a sweet ladies. They went above and beyond to make my purchase an unforgettable experience. Thank you ladies ?first time of being treated in such a pleasant and kind way at a Starbucks.
I asked for whipped cream on both drinks and the manager made them and only one had what I wanted. If the manager can't get it right how can you expect the workers to get things right
Honestly my favorite stop in the morning. They are always so friendly and outgoing! My drinks and food never take long.
Shout out to the girls working here on New Years day. They were AMAZING. I always get good service here but yesterday they were on top of their game. Every single one of them was smiling and asking how our day was. And our coffees were on point. These girls were working so hard and never once did they get flustered. Keep up the great work. Y'all made my day.
First of all the parking lot is super small and we had to wait in the main road for some cars to pull out so that we could park. The service was good but my husbands latte tasted watered down. I went to the restroom and the first one smelled of very strong urine as if it was not being cleaned properly. I went to the next restroom and it smelled better but I couldn’t wash my hands because there was no soap.
Drinks were ready in a timely manner. No mistakes. The batista who took our order was a sweet older gentleman who exuded the perfect amount of merriment for this holiday season! ?
What's not to love about NB's only Starbucks anywhere close to the center of town? Is it the lack of drive through? Maybe it's the one lane two way parking lot with no spaces ever available. It's perfect
The staff is great and the inside is clean, but the parking lot is such a horrible layout that you cannot effectively get in or out of a spot or the lot itself. Skip it and drive the exit or two in either direction to use another location. Corporate needs to move this one or dissolve it completely. Someone is going to get killed trying to get in and out here.
