Food was awesome. Service was great. Food took a while to come out, but it was super fresh. Tons of options.Fries were incredible.Brisket spud was good (brisket was sweeter than I prefer).Spicy chicken spud was awesome (and not very spicy).My kid liked the Mac n cheese but I found it pretty bland.
It's a small shop specializing and baked potatoes with lots of different toppings. They also have some sandwiches. On our trip my wife got the quesadilla spud and I got the Texas cheeseburger. The stud was cooked to perfection and the toppings were great. My wife really liked it and I got a good size tasting. It is a large spud and will definitely fill you up. The Texas cheeseburger is served on toast which is a nice change. The patty was moist and not oversized. Grilled onions were definitely a plus. Pretty good but not a bucket list burger.

Great place to get your Baked Potato fix. With all the different versions to choose from, you’ll never get sick of coming here. You also get your money’s worth at The Spud Ranch. Staff is very friendly and all smiles. Taste was spot on and I will definitely be back to try more items on their menu. Come enjoy some good eats here at The Spud Ranch New Braunfels!
I enjoy going to eat here when I am in town. My husband and I used to eat here once a week during our lunch breaks. I like the frito pie spud and he likes the Buffalo wing spud. They also have other good food besides the spuds!
Spud Ranch was one of the first places we stopped in to eat. Its a very homey feel and the food is delicious. They make baked potatos in just about every way imaginable. Great place.

I had never been to this place before but decided to give it a try. Great menu selection on a ton of different ways you can try potatoes.... plus a kids menu and ice cream bar. Will be back.
Very cute little place to eat at. Very clean and comfortable, staff was very helpful and service was given with a smile :) Will definitely be eating here again. Tried a few different flavors and the delivery and taste was amazing.
