Foods good, however. This location suffers from lack or coordination and understaffing.I ordered ahead on the app at 1:45PM arrived at 1:55PM and did not get my food until 2:20PM. I saw my status go from on the way on the screen to "please click to order" I had to tell them twice via the red button that I was there for an order I placed on the app.If time and convenience is your desired outcome, then avoid this location.
So I parked in stall and tried to order but they refused and said I had to go through the drive through so I go in the drive through and I asked for a large cup with extra ice and the cashier Joshua told me they were out of large cups so I asked him for route 44 then he told me they didn't have those either impolitely and told me they also didn't have small so I asked for medium and said I'd pay full drink price for the cup of ice but he wouldn't allow it so I ended up having to order the full drink and pay the 2.59 for the drink when normally i pay 0.69 for it at other sonics

Always closing early. Employees inside laughing, joking and playing not filling orders or answering the drive thru. Terrible terrible terrible customer service. They know it and they don’t care.
After a week of dealing with being Covid positive, I was finally feeling great and no longer had a fever. My roomie and I drove up to Sonic to grab a few items for dinner. Wearing my mask, I asked the girl in the window if she had gloves she could put on because I was positive. She said yes, but never came back to the window. A female manager instead came to the window, pushed our bags out and took my card. At this point, she had no mask or gloves on. There was more turmoil going on in the back and she came back and handed me my card using two fingers and a limp wrist, like my card was dirty. Then she forgot my drink and as I sit there, she finally shows back up with a mask on and fixes my drink. Out of courtesy I informed of my situation and was treated horribly, I could have just driven through and not said anything as I am sure others do. We are 2.5 years with Covid now, we should be able to treat each other with more decency and respect.
Stop at this location frequently for the most part they are quick & friendly; however, I have had a few times now when they have given me my order and we leave to find out they forgot my kids order.
Didn't know English only ask 4 only 2 chili dogs and 2 drinks.. said & taters tots... No 2 chili dogs and 2 drinks then it was the fries turns about 5more round of only 2 chili dogs and 2 drinks is that in English... Then the change from a $20 bills return was only 1 $5.00 bill 4 $1.00 & 4quaters and change... What wrong with this place no $$$$ really??? They don't make business.. that why they have 2 burger deal.. including the burger suxxx.. I worked there every ticket was crazy U be at the bottom of the ticket writing order like 5 burger#1 2#2 2double meat 1 steak sandwich, 7large fries 5tater, 2 chili dogs, 7 large coke 2 7up drinks 5 strawberry milkshake this is only 1 ticket there was like another 50 tickets like this... We had 5 carhop, they always had plenty of spare dallor bills didn't have to fork out 4 quarter 2 make $1.00 plus my boss own 6store cause we were making the$$$$ true story...
I love Sonic. Really there drinks. They have the best ice and it last for a long time. Happy hour is great with the half off drinks.
Look... I understand it's the great resignation at all, and I agree that no one should be slaving for dirt wages. Just don't insult the real people that are coming through your business....Went up to the drive-thru window, sat there for 10 minutes with no response so pulled up to a stall. Waited another 10 minutes for them to take my order. Then someone comes up and says the order got mixed up immediately after (?) and asks me to clarify what I ordered... Which I assumed was tracked by the stall you're in? Idk. Then it took another 10 minutes before I received my already-melted shake. And it wasn't even busy...
Even though they are super understaffed right now, they do their best to keep up! They are 24 hours, so I can imagine how hard it can be to keep up! Food is always hot and fresh, and drinks made perfectly. They even help you customize your drinks! I’ve got nothing but amazing service here since moving to the area!
