We ordered before and they said only one hush puppy because of shortage. Then tonight we ordered out usual char broil shrimp. water and ice tea, bowl gumbo came in a cup, potatoes came on 3 on my plate, and all portions were small and when i went to get my iced tea that I order and did get till later with my meal and went to get my tea and they removed the tea container before closing time. I will make my next visit where i usually go in the other place. Will not return to this place and will tell everyone on FB and by mouth never to go there in New Braunfels "EVER". My husband have had problem before with this SEA ISLAND IN NEW BRAUNFEL. NEVER AGAIN. OVER PRICE FOR SUCH LITTLE QUANITY GIVEN'
Very happy with this place I did not know they close at 8:30pm I got here at 8:25pm and they went above and beyond to makeMy order. definitely coming back here. Is been my fav place since I was a kid, but the location was in Austin Texas the last time I visit this restaurant. ?? the manager Willie smith was great and staff are friendly and great. And the food is awesome very clean place. ??
Based in San Antonio,this new spot by the biggest Buccess in Texas is might fine. Good place to get some twangy seafood or Relax with tap or margaritas. Been here a few times for them tasty vittles and then some.
Sea Island always has great seafood, with lots of choices. Their prices are reasonable, and the service is on point. During the pandemic they have had curbside service with short wait times. Everything I've ever ordered here is delicious!
The service was good and the shrimp and hushpuppies were decent but the salad looked like a salad they give to people in middle school. I would go back to get the jumbo shrimp for sure but I wont be ordering a salad.
Average fish joint with a variety of sides. I had 6 shrimp and 1 fish with corn on the cob and cole slaw and hush puppies. Wife had the fries. Just good basic seafood. I'd come back.
We had teriyaki salmon & shrimp, bowl of shrimp gumbo, crab & shrimp boil & Aransas platter. Service was great & friendly & food was delicious!
I had the Collosal Shrimp ? Cole slaw and seasoned rice... Peach tea. So delicious!

My husband and I stopped by for lunch and we each ordered a bowl of gumbo. We also ordered calamari and hush puppies. The gumbo was good and had lots of shrimp in it, but it was warm, not hot. The calamari was crispy and served with marinara sauce. The hush puppies were large and tasty. The food wasn't the best this visit. We've had catfish, fish tacos, and the fish sandwich in the past which were all very good. The service has always been quick and friendly. If youv'e never been, the place is very casual, order at the counter and the food is brougt to your table. Beer is also available.
