We are Winter Texans & our party of 4 adults tried to go here a couple of times but the lobby was closed when we arrived so went elsewhere. This time around we called 1st to see if they were open before we drove the 25 minutes but they don't answer the phones. Drove anyway with Plan B in our back pocket & yay...they were open!Having never tried Popeyes chicken I have to say that our visit was excellent. Being x-restaurant owners & operators (so tough cookies) we were extremely impressed. All of the staff appeared to be working hard, were pleasant & the owner Veto (I think) was professional & doing exactly what an owner should do. He was helping out during the rush & then out in the lobby clearing tables & talking to guests.OUR FOOD WAS EXCELLENT!!! All had chicken breasts, chicken tenders, mac & cheese, red beans & rice & sweet tea. Our friends said the sides used to come in larger portions but we didn't care. Simply great food & we will be back. Thank you Popeyes & hats off to jobs well done! Can't wait to return.

Love that chicken from Popeyes! We got a spicy two piece box and a $6 box with 3 spicy chicken strips and two sides of red beans, each with a biscuit. Very clean location, great service, friendly and helpful, and some GREAT food! Looking forward to going back again soon. I highly recommend this Popeyes to everyone that enjoys good tasty chicken. Get some!
Love their chicken bites. The Mardi gras sauce is the best with these bites. Sweet tea is always on point. Red beans are like to die for!!
Yummy! New Mgr or new something. Better than the last time I went.. Crispy ck sandwich was very good and the drive thru was quick.
The fact that as a door dash driver, we can’t go in the lobby or at least just go to the door and knock is outrageous! The line is always half way around the building and it takes 20+ minutes and when delivering that’s just not good for business. Do better and maybe I won’t skip those orders! Just a thought.
Love that chicken... with a side slice of nice! The lady who took my order was very professional and courteous. Above and beyond "texbook" acknowledgement of my presence and her intent to get back to me shortly on her way to drop off a dine in order. Made me feel warm and welcomed, which was nice considering the current nippy weather. Lol. Admittedly not my favorite location to visit, but this time was a win!
I’m so disgusted at the way the MANAGER handle my situation!!!!I currently Door dash and I pulled up to get my order and the front door was locked. I called the store and ask to speak with the manager.Manager answered the phone I asked her is there anyway that she could hand me my order since there was a long long line outside for the drive thru.Long story short the Manager said she doesn’t care about door dash orders she cares about her drive thru orders only!I can’t believe she said that, I’m in disbelief.Who made her Manager? For the record the Door dash order is a paying customer and that’s how you treat them. That’s horrible!!!I will be calling Corporate because I was treated so poorly and it’s so sad! Now a days NOBODY knows the true definition of Customer Service.Now I know why you have a sign saying Now hiring Am/pm shifts. Who would want to work there with a manager like that…
This site is probably one of the worst I have ever been to. Not only do you wait in line forever to order but you wait just as long to get your food. Even after waiting I get home and my order is wrong (missing an entire meal). Couldn’t get anyone in the phone so had to come back and get in line again to wait to speak to someone. To make things worse when I spoke to the young lady she said I needed to bring the items back to get a replacement. Yeah, the items that I never received. I was supposed to bring them back. Not sure what the thought process was here. Just really bad service and I usually don’t write reviews but this site really upset me.
