Manager said she was understaffed when they made our pizza wrong and I drove from canyon lake to get it. Waited an additional 20 min once I got there for the remake. Manager says it’s only a pizza. It is only a pizza but I paid 20 bucks for that pizza and I’m sorry but I want to get the pizza I ordered and paid for. It’s not to much to ask is it? I think not.
Very disappointed that I went to the wrong pizza hut and to top that when I got to the other pizza hut I called that store to insure it was the right one. The person who answered even asked me if I got carry out ofc I said yes and that I am right outside. So I sat there waiting. After around 10 minutes I went into the pizza hut and I asked if my order was ready. It was there so I asked why it was not brought out the person behind the counter told I was supposed to click a box on my email in order for the light to come on in there store. Pizza was great as for the service I must say that same person at the counter walked past 4 times directly in front of the store and not one clue.

The sauce was a bit watery. Cheesesticks were burnt. Only got extra sauce on one pizza. Otherwise I liked the crust and the sauce on the pizza, and the Alfredo pasta was great
Order the meat pizza large special - ask for extra ham-beef-bacon-- did not look like any extra-just more of the beef any very little bacon or ham.Thanks
Spam or COVID. If you try curbside pickup you find when you get there that you must either go inside and get exposed, or must install their app, give it access to all your addresses and content, and accept whatever spam notifications it wants to impose on you. No phone number to call, no alternative. Spam or desease, that is Pizza Hut!
Friendly people and I always ask for my pizza to be well done/crispy and they prepare it as I request
Delivery was quick, fresh and made as ordered. Love the Pizza Hut in our area, very nice people.
Pizza was very good, just did not like that the employees are not wearing masks as they prepare and wrap up food
