My pizza was not great. The pepperonis were dry. Pizza Hut told me years ago that they don't consider extra cheese a topping and if I want extra cheese I have to pay more because they feel that they already put more cheese than their competition. I have to disagree with the pizza from last night. There was barely any cheese at all on both my pizzas.
Tried to place an order on the mobile app. Got to checkout, entered my card info and hit checkout.. after processing for a few seconds it said “could not process order, please try again.” So I checked my bank just to be safe, before trying again only to be met with the same error message. Something told me to check my bank again and I see that I was charged for the order twice. Went back to the app, where there was no information on my order. I called the store, which is really just a call center, who transferred me directly to the store. I had to call 6 times before someone actually answered the phone at the store, o it to tell me that they don’t see an order and that there is nothing they can do. Cost of two orders wasted and no sympathy or anything for their own faulty system. Very disappointed.
The pizza quality was much lower than our last order. This pizza was very dry and bland. The crust on the deep dish pizza was tough and the thin crust was hard. When it arrived it was barely warm and the cheese had already hardened. The crusts were not properly cut and we had to recut ourselves to avoid everything tearing and making a mess. We were very disappointed in this order.
Got the big dinner box. No cover on wings so the sauce got all over both pizzas. To spicy for kids to eat pizza covered in hot sauce, plus tasted gross. Had to throw everything away
Bad Service, Bad Staff. This place has really gone down hill. Ordered a pizza at 7:00, never came. 2hrs I had to call up there and they said it'll be 30min. never came. Went up there myself, said they didn't have my order. The gave me cold pizza that I didn't order, only took it because couldn't get a refund. Never coming back, Beware.
Service was great and delivered on time. Pizza were still hot and the Pepsi was still chilled. The person delivering my order was.extremely nice and personable.Thank you, Pizza Hut.
Our cheese within our stuffed crust had an off taste, we did not eat any of our stuffed crust. Rest of the pizza was good, delivery time was good, and communication with delivery driver was friendly.
It was our Monday Night Family Dinner the trio box was a hit. All pizzas were made to perfect. Our delivery driver was the sweetest. Pizza Hut never fails
I really love Wing Street. The pizzas from here have been cooked well, but the cheese has been cooked a bit well also. I love crispy bits on cheese, but my wife does not.
I received the wrong order, when I called to tell them this I spoke to Ryan the Assistant Manager. He told me he was short staffed and could credit me or give me a pizza but it would be another hour and a half. I started to speak but he kept speaking over me. I asked him to not speak over me and he called me a "f*cking a**hole" and hung up on me. I called back and he did the same thing and hung up again. I tried calling back again and he picked up the phone and hung it back up.
