GREAT PLACE! We loved the music, atmosphere and decor. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars was the service. We sat at the bar and the bartender was so rude. Clearly didn't care about her job. Maybe having a bad day but it really impacted our experience. We had such a great Sunday but her attitude made us leave and go somewhere else. Otherwise we would have stayed. Maybe another time. Other than that issue...... it's a super fun place

This place is a staple in New Braunfels TX! The food is amazing, the staff is always friendly, and the live music is the best in town!!
The good: Great atmosphere, tasty chili, excellent section of beers and ales and pleasant bartenders. The not so good: short on staff, and the chili portions were not as advertised. A small is a 4 oz and a medium is 8 oz; realistically the small is a ramekin…2 maybe 3 ozs and the 8 it’s is probably about right. No beans and fryer was out so it wasn’t as good as expected. :(
It is definitely a saloon! No servers! You have to order at the bar, and one of the bartenders brings you your food! Only 1 person cooking. Food took forever for chili and 2 burgers. No fried foods because their fryer "was down". The ketchup bottle that was in our condiments tray was DISGUSTINGLY dirty!! Not a place we must go back to!
Always love coming here to see the Prairie Rattlers and other Booker-E music when I visit.Has a fantastic old time dance hall/saloon feel to it. Cant wait to visit again in a couple weeks!
New to the area and couldn’t have found a better watering hole. Service has been nothing short of fantastic and kind. Especially when Kristina is behind the bar. Recommend to anyone looking for great food, drinks, and company!

Bruce had been absolutely amazing! Loved talking with him and loved the atmosphere of the bar. Friendly and had awesome conversation and drinks. Would recommend to anyone in the area ?
The Blue Burger was crazy good! Building has a lot of history. Ask the staff for the timeline and history sheet.Drinks were good but a little expensive, however, to be fair I typically don't do the bar scene so most people are probably comfortable with the high price of bar drinks.Definitely recommend this place!
