This review is for the Papa John's off Loop 337. Every order is hot and prepared exactly as ordered. They are fast and efficient. Excellent customer service!
A hour and a half later. Pizza was cold and no extra cheese. Would have given them a half star if I could.
I really don't give second chances but I thought what the heck. For the second time the cold pizza took over an hour and the driver marked it as delivered. Called the store and the manager tried to tell me that I wasn't in the system. Gave him my order number from the email receipt and he began to blame the "new" driver. Last week it was the door dash driver that they sub too. They charge $4.50 to deliver and I'm not a light tipper. So I'm just going to stick to Marcos. Marcos Pizza is a lot better at getting your pizza to you fresh and fast.
I've ordered from this store multiple times now and haven't had a problem. Staff were friendly; and its consistent quality expected from a chain place.
Meat was only on bottom half of pizza. It was cold when it arrived. I asked for contactless but she stood there until I got the pizza from her. I paid for two garlic sauce but got one.
Y'all need to stop outsourcing to door dash and hire your own drivers. These guys don't care about your reputation.
They lie on there PRICES AND THEN DO IT AGAIN!!!
