Great pizza and great management! Had a small mistake on my last order.. Jarod (I hope that’s how you spell his name) was super nice and quick to offer me a really nice discount on my order for today.Thanks for a great experience!
Pizza was tough and made wrong. Called 3 times and was on hold for a collective 12 minutes and no one picked up. Last time I got a cheese pizza it was literally like a tortilla with a thin layer of cheese no hardly any sauce at all. Little Ceasars is better than this
Took 2 hours to get Pizza. Called to check, the lady said it was sitting on counter waiting for driver to pick up. Got pizza, not hot & tasted like cardboard!!!
My family and I were really excited for our pizza tonight but when we opened the box of our bbq chicken pizza (our favorite) we were madly disappointed. The amount of toppings and sauce were not proportioned well and it was all crust. Please do better next time :(
We ordered online and left a tip for the driver - after 90 minutes we tried to call the location many times and the number would not go through. We finally did get through and the employee said it was a carry out order. Why would you tip on a carryout? He confirmed it had a tip on the order and that our food had been there for over 90 minutes. He was absolutely rude and offered no discounts or anything- we canceled the order and will not be ordering from this location again. I Do Not Recommend this location!
It would be nice if the manager can see that there’s 15 people standing in line and that the one new person working the register cannot handle it and to step up and start helping the people in line. Also when there’s a line out the door ask who is next in line instead of taking the next person that steps up because they may be cutting in line and that’s your job to help the next person in line
The only problem I have with this store is a little girl that works the counter would rather stand and talk to her friend and then to assist the customers
Very disappointed. Decided to give Papa Johns another chance after a bad experience at their other location and it was disappointing again. Pizza was not cooked all the way through, toppings were only on one side of pizza and that ham, yuck, had to spit it out. Definitely not better ingredients. Expensive and not worth it.
I get a lot of orders from there I work for doordash and you pick up and Delivery for Papa John's. Lots of people seem to really like it
