Ordered our food at 8:15pm . We were sitting waiting for our food and an employee (young lady) at 8:35 came over to us and said “ you know we do close in 20 minutes “ . At this point we had not even gotten our food yet and they were already trying to push us out the door and were completely rude to us . Also soup was really cold. Terrible experience .
They did not even check to see if they had an item at 6 pm before telling me they didn't. everything looked like they were closing. I had to go in because I had asked for no sauce on my pizza and they had put sauce on it. they asked if I wanted a refund right off. I said no I wanted it right. then while waiting I saw the other item in the case I had asked for and was told they didn't have.
Panera is overpriced and they have subpar standards. I ordered a 1/2 sandwich and salad today, 11/8, and luckily looked in my bag before I drove too far away. I found what looked like someone’s partially eaten roll in my bag. I went back through the drive thru and questioned why something like that would be in my bag. I was told that it was a torn baguette and it is Panera’s policy to tear the bread, not cut it, so it looks more “rustic”. I reiterated multiple times that it looked like bread that was partially eaten. The employee gave me another torn baguette in a bag and I left. So, they can give me a second piece of torn bread in a bag but they threw the first piece of bread in the bag with everything else? What a mess. There are many places to eat in the shopping center so Panera is now off my list.
They were out of soups at 1:00 pm, they did not get our order correct, made no effort to make it right. I would not recommend eating at this establishment!

Not only did the girl at the register not know what to do, she apparently couldn't speak...just stared at us. We asked for the manager, she went into the back and didn't return for 5min. The manager came out said, go ahead and order here. We tried, she just stared at us and said "what?' after wehad given her our whole order. So asked for the manager again, she left and didn't return. Waited 10 minutes and left
Completely changed the menu. Not a big selection. Service sucks. Supposed to be sliced avocado and it’s just a chunk. Nice chicken chipotle avocado.
Coming from someone who would dine in regularly at a variety of San Antonio locations, I moved to New Braunfels and started eating at this location (Creekside Town Center) in 2017.
We went to lunch here today. The salads were wilted and the sandwiches had been made awhile and in frig. At $30 for two to eat, we expected much better. This is the second time we have given this location a chance. It will be the last.
Although they have been out of what I wanted the past two times I went (because of the quarantine and shortages) the service has been amazing!! Everything there is good so I’m happy with whatever I can get!
