THE GIRL WORKING IN THE DRIVE THRU YELLED AT ME!!! IT'S NOT MY FAULT YOU ARE OUT OF EVERYTHING I TRIED TO ORDER!!! IT Was only 11AM on Tuesday so not late in the day not a weekend nothing out of the ordinary that could have caused a shortage.She kept just adding things to my order that I didn't ask for as a substitute for what I did ask for without saying "hey sorry but we are currently out of that would you like to try....". Yes let me know your store is out of product first before I start ordering not just change the order because you are unable to fill the order. Don't get rude and nasty because you can't just force something on to a customer. I had children in the car with me and they should not have been exposed to her language or her attitude. This kind of attitude is why this location has trouble keeping staff nobody wants to work with this kind of attitude and hostel environment..
Went here on my meal break. In the 30 min I had I couldn't go in because the dining area is closed. So I sat in the drive thru for 30 min. In that time only 2 orders were taken. They are literally pulling food off a buffet, I can't fathom why it takes 15 per person.
Was happy with service until i opened my container and had all cabbage and little noodles for the chow-mein.
If I could give zero stars I would. This is the second time we have tried this location and once again my 2 year old and myself are dying on the toilet within hours. I would just advise not to eat here, something in how they handle or prep must be wrong.
The food was good, not bad for a fast food place .I would definitely recommend trying the hibiscus lemonade it's super good kind-of tart/sour and very flavourful.
Service was great. Unfortunately each time that we’ve visited they are out of something. Whether it’s a limited entree menu or only a couple sides available. Regardless, the items they do have left to order have been cooked well and tested good each time.
Employees were great and the food was good. However, the impatient and rude customers in line and the drive though get 1 star.
Dine is closed again. Waited in drive-in line for 20 minutes just to get my broccoli beef with about three tiny pieces of beef. The picture is of my bowl once I moved the broccoli from the top, (I thought I'd find some beef underneath...). What a cheap company!!! Will not be going to this location again!
Will not eat here staff is not wearing gloves when handling the food or drinks. I will drive to the other panda express they also need to be trained at how to properly place the food containers in a plastic bag this is improper food handling. The staff needs to be taken back in and retrained on how to handle food with also wearing the proper ppe when it comes to food services. I will not come back I'm am very appalled by the way the staff was operating the drive through and handling the cash and food with no gloves on. Managers do you job and retrain your employees on how to properly handle food and proper food safety handling. I have handled food and been trained to understand that what the staff is doing here is violating the proper handling of food safety and osha.
Worst place to go for drive thru!! I have been sitting in line for 45 mins and there are still 6 cars in front of me!! Never come here if you are already hungry because you will be in the drive through line for well over an hour or more!
