Horrible.To begin with, all drinks were out of service; No drinks.The food took FOREVER even though it was completely empty and no line in the drive through. When we got our food, it was warm at best.All the seats were sticky, stained and dirty; Terrible lobby upkeep.The ketchup dispenser was filthy and out of cups to refill with.Fries were stale and bland.Only good part is that my 10 piece came with one extra nugget. That's why it's 2 stars.
Way to go with making a customer feel welcoming and comfortable!? I’m speaking facetiously of course! I went to drive thru and have never had a hard time till today! I ordered 2 plain dry cheeseburgers, large fry all cooked to order because let’s face it if you don’t say that then you get cold or burgers and fries that have just been sitting there! No one likes a burger or fries that’s not made fresh and I git a large coke. While still in the drive thru I looked at what the “clerk” input on my order but normally it states “cooked to order” on the order but it didn’t say. The girl said she can’t put that on there... ??? They normally always put that on there every time I’ve asked for it. Never had a problem till today! Then someone gets on the speaker male person and said I will tell them to make them fresh like they weren’t able to put that on my order. I said ok.. so I go to the window to pay. Another “clerk” was changing the trash in front of me while I watched to see if he was going to wash his hands after before handing me my order. Of course not! He opened the window right away and before I gave him my payment I asked nicely if he could wash his hands. He said oh yea then went to the back but honestly I don’t know if he washed his hands or not he came back with 2 paper towels as if drying them which I didn’t really believe but I handed my card and then without skipping a beat he had the audacity to ask if I had the corona virus. ???!!! First of why do you care. If you don’t care to wear a mask anymore and don’t use gloves it sounds like a personal problem to me! We live in an age where we are not supposed to judge people and I get it all the time because I’m very cautious and wear PPE Gear for my job because I deal without a lot of people. I let him know it’s for my job and I try to be extra cautious. But I felt humiliated and judged right then and there! I don’t think it’s fair will never come here again and things need to change and not be so mean to people. I was only trying to get my lunch. I don’t bother anyone well I say that loosely because people judge you. But in the work place I feel like you should respect customers. I don’t judge people why do they need to judge me!?

Particularly slow McDonald's - not up to corporate standards. Does ok on mobile orders, but expect to wait 10 minutes or more.
One thing about McDonalds is that you always know what your gonna get. Flavor is always consistent, food is always hot and the fries are delicious. Only problem I got is they never ever give me ketchup.

They are liars. They now refuse to give us any lemons for iced tea they don't carry it but they say that McDonald's corporate office has refused to allow them to do so. This is a lie because every other McDonald's has lemons.lemon for my tea is one of the reasons I select McDonald's as I cannot stand all the sugary sweet soda pops. However it is the lying that really appals me. Have to wonder what else there's skimping on and lying about? Are we getting dog food instead of beef in her hamburgers LOL
I was sad they didn't have dine in. I walked there so I was sad there was no where to rest. The food was great. Service was good.

Don't even try to get food here drive thru never moves orders are always wrong I think they screw it up on purpose 1 hour drive thru is not acceptable ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
