I’m a pretty easy going person…. And I enjoy McDonald’s. I’ve gone to this location too many times to count and they almost every time get something wrong with my order no matter how you place it weather on the app or in the drive thru they always always either make you wait 20 min or get it wrong or both after more failed attempts than I’m proud of must say I’m going to go out of my way and drive further to a different McDonald’s from now because this one is just plain awful
Ordered 2 Kids Meal chicken nuggets and Spicy Buffalo Chicken. The food was made correctly. However, the speed of service was slow. We waited 9 mins and 45 seconds for our food.The experience was average and I may ir may not return.
I don't know how many times I've ordered pickup and checked in at a number, and they bring my nuggets with no sauces and no ketchup. It says it on the ticket. It's not hard to read. I have to go inside and hassle with then to get my sauces, and worse at night when the lobby is closed and i have to wait in the drive through line just to get my sauces i should've gotten the first time. The only reason they get business is because whataburger's line is 6 times longer
I'm starting to dislike it because every McDonald's started up charging for drinks that you don't ask for, when you order a combo and it comes with a medium drink and go to the window they give you a large drink and charge an extra 30 to 60 cents when you didn't ask for it and then they say well we didn't have medium cups that's not my problem that you didn't order enough cups and on top of that look at the millions of dollars you are making doing that to every customer that goes through the drive thru that is not right to rip off people because of your lack of ordering skills and it happens at all McDonald's we order a number 3 combo and get charged different amounts each time. It's just plan theft. And when I questioned it they blame the register.
Gentlemen who took our order was very nice & well mannered. Received our food all correct. No long wait. Edward was very polite at the window.
What is this cr*p ?Certainly not as advertised.Will not be returning to this location.
The food was okay but the order wasn't correct twice. I get the feeling that the big crowd and hectic traffic around the store contribute to this. Also if you need to go a certain way when leaving the store it can be a challenge.
Not my favorite fast food place . But my boyfriend like it. So we seem to go here more than I'd like but I will say the sausage, egg , and cheese McMuffin is the best thing on the menu. I could eat this everyday. Lol
Needed coffee so ordered on the ap. Requested Diet Coke but got Dr Pepper. Still acceptable but not what I ordered.
Was hurried ordering food. When asked to repeat was quick and barely understand person. Got to window to pay and then was asked to move to front, why no line. Then got food and order all wrong with onions and mustard and didn’t even get my double patty in my home style burger. Upset! Then tried to call and wrong number. Worst McDonald’s in New Braunfels TX. Eat at your luck!!!
