Ordered the big breakfast with hotcakes , only it didn't come with hotcakes and syrup was all over the bottom of the bag, won't be returning to this establishment
I don't like McDonald's, personally, but the service was great, and the food was hot! And they were open when I needed them to be. Thank you, and keep up the great service!
I’ve made a visit to this McDonald’s many mornings on my commute‘s from San Antonio to Austin. one of the better McDonald’s I’ve been to. Service is great, food is on point and how it should be, very quick as well.
Waited 20 minutes for 2 chocolate chip cookies had to call the store and told me there wasn’t communication when They parked me . I’m also upset because my food is cold. The manager didn’t make it right or anything. The correct way would be would you like a refund or fries or something since we apologize for the 20 minute wait. That’s customer service.
I come every single morning for my mocha frappe and ice Carmel coffee. I use the mobile app every time I come with the buy 1 get 1 free. And it gets me mad that I come sometimes to order the same order I order every morning, I pay for it, and when I get to the window to receive my order. They tell me the frappe Machine is not working. Ok why didn't you tell me this when I was placing my order. So I end up losing out a drink and only receiving 1 drink..
My daughter ordered a mcmuffin, cinnamon roll and smoothie vis Postmates this morning.When her order arrived the smoothie was missing and the delivery guy told her the machine was broken. I called mcdonalds and they told me the delivery guy decided not to bring any drink but it was already charged on my cc. I asked McDonalds to refund for my order because the missing food and also because there was a big long hair on her sandwich and Carmen the manager laughed on me ond told me it wasn’t a big deal about the hair, that she should have eat the sandwich and hang up on me.They have the worst service ever. I won’t let my daughter eat poor quality food, even worst food with a hair. I don’t know if Carmen the manager enjoyed food with hair but the sandwich was disgusting but the service they gave us was even more disgusting.Thanks God at the end Postmate was very kind and refund us the money, In that way my daughter order food from chick fil a, best service and food quality ever.
ITS ALL ABOUT THE LADY WHO WORKS AT NIGHT FROM (1AM TO 5 AM)Here is the situationI work in Braunfels as a Night Shift person from 1 AM to 8 AM and I like to drink Hot Mocha and every time when I go there the LADY that works at NIGHT tells they are cleaning the machine OKAY, I Understand then I asked her how much time it may take She told 30 minutes and I came back after 1 hour and asked for Hot mocha she still replied cleaning thinking I am a new customer I said okay. I came again after one hour and the same old thing she said Machine was under Cleaning…..I don’t know how much time SHE cleans the machine SHE DOSENT EVEN HAVE PATIENCE TO SPEAK of course I Went to other McDonald’s which is 5 min drive from there. But The same Story was repeated the Next day and the following Day let’s see how long it repeats I am gonna keep on going because I work close to McDonald’s Let’s see will there be any change in her ATTITUDE TOWARDS HER JOB AND CUSTOMERS.If MANAGER IS WONDERING WHY THE SALES IN NIGHT SHIFT ARE LESS ITS PROBABLY DUE TO HER. IF YOU DON’T TRUST ME JUST COME AS A CUSTOMER ONCE DURING HER SHIFT THEN YOU MAY GET IT HOW RUDE SHE IS…??
The only thing I order from this place is a caramel frappe. They have raised their prices (which I understand) BUT don’t even fill them all the way. Now they tell me that they don’t make them at a certain time or that it’s “broken” or their out of ingredients. Which I understand but ALL THE TIME?! Really? I have called to make sure before hand because I go on my lunch breaks and a manager there has told me they are always working. That was a few months back to today. Today I called asking if it was working and the girl that answered was so rude and said “yeahh no” then hung up on me. I’m so tired of the poor customer service. If you don’t like you’re job then go else where. Period. $15 an hour for what? McDonald’s ain’t what it use to be that’s for sure.
At this specific location all the employees I’ve interacted with (with the exception of one) are A-holes. They are literally the least helpful staff I’ve met. I understand we have bad days but don’t take it out on your customers.
If you are doing doordash at night ignore this place like the plague. They will 100% ignore you if you are a dasher. For example I went through drive through and told to wait in curbside 3. I sat there for 30 minutes got out my car and saw the order sitting on their counter. They completely ignored me. Doordash called them and they ignored them too. Terrible for the customers who order. Sad part is it wasn't a one time thing. They do it consistently. Terrible McDonald's compared to the other one's off of 35.
