I used to like coming here. I really like the atmosphere and the food has always been good. I have not always had good service and it sometimes to took longer to get a drink but I know everyone is short handed so I understood. Last night was the icing on the cake. They had bingo night l. We got there after the first game and was handed the card at the door. We were never told there were any specific rules to play at any time or throughout the game. I actually won the last game and went up to front to give my card. He looked at it and said he wasn’t accepting it cause I used a pen instead of a dopper. Someone handed me one to mark my card so I handed it back to him and he threw it in my face and said he wasn’t accepting it. I never even knew they were REQUIRED or selling them cause I never got offered or told that. Everyone around us looked shocked that he did that including some of the bartenders. It wasn’t that I needed or wanted the prize, at this point it was the principal that I won (which I never do) and he was just plain rude. I asked him why he didn’t say anything and he said he can change the rules all he wants. I was told by the manager that the guy in charge of the bingo was the owner. Wow!! They were both very rude and obviously don’t care about keeping repeat customers. You would think they wouldn’t treat their customers like that especially during a time when it’s hard to find good people to work and people having a hard time to just live. Besides it was just a game so why would you be so picky about something like that and be sooo rude about it?? I’ve been there many times before and have brought many people into that bar but I will never go back or promote it!!!!
It’s a great concept, food is a bit overpriced, the drinks would be great if the alcohol content was higher. I like the options for the games they have around the establishment. ONE GREAT thing I really like about this place is my server KE and she’s honestly the only reason I keep going back! She is definitely very welcoming and very knowledgeable on anything alcoholic beverages, she’s going to do great things and go to great places. I suggest seating with her if you want top notch service. I do enjoy their bingo nights as well. It’s a decent place to meet up with friends and family.
Amazing. 10/10 atmosphere. Best service in the San Antonio area. The bartender emilee was amazing and hot. And kaylee was a great server. Come check this place out!!!!!
10 stars if I could! It is such a chill spot. They had a live band on stage playing 90s music covers. There we board games, pool tables and more games outside on the patio right next to the river. Emily was our server. She was new but knowledgeable and super friendly. It was like she was part of our party! I definitely plan on returning to this spot.
Our bartenders were great! We sat at the bar!Emily and Megan were awesome. Great service and great food. Hunter was very informative. Overall great experience.
I visited some friends in New Braunfels and we had dinner at Lucy Cooper's Ice House. I loved the whole experience. Food was delicious! Ambiance was fun. Service was amazing! We were able to converse without shouting at each other. McKenna, our server was super nice, helpful, and knowledgeable! She helped several of us with suggestions, and her suggestions were very much enjoyed. I had the Jucy Lucy burger, and fries. One of the better burgers I've eaten! I will definitely go back!
I tried TOO many things today but everything was so delicious! Our server was so amazing! Love the patio atmosphere!
1st time in. only 1 server working, she did ok, but service could have been better had there been another server. Food was amazing for bar food. Plating was unique and original. Drinks were excellent! must go back, as the menu has alot to offer and I want to try it all!!!
