Our family ate there today, and we were so impress with our service from Bria, our waitress. She was friendly and very professional, so was the hostess , who asked us several times if all was fine. The steaks and short ribs were exceptional. Great food, fair price.
Came to eat for Valentine’s Day knowing it was gonna be crazy but obviously the restaurant thought a head and had all their best on staff. Our server was Malique he was so awesome. He had a wonderful attitude and was very pleasant and quick but not so fast that he didn’t take time to talk to the little toddler sitting in the booth behind us (so sweet). My five star rating is all for our server. We’re always pleased with the food so that’s nothing new, I was just impressed enough with this young man that I thought he should be acknowledged.
Had a large group. Waiter told us he had never handled a large group before so, he was going to have another waiter help. My steak was tough! My potato was wrong! My salad was drowning in salad dressing! My part of the table didn't get bread! The waiter for our side never came around. My bill was way wrong! Manager didn't care! Didn't apologize! Just fixed my bill. I realize good help is hard to find but for that price on a meal, I expected to at least like my food. My drink, which I got from the bar from another waitress was good.
Horrible dinner. Went for my birthday. Waiter was inconvenienced by our wanting the bread and an appetizer. I ordered the most expensive steak..my husband ordered a filet. I ordered rare he ordered medium and mine was medium his was rare. The waiter offered to heat his up some more but said sorry mine cant be reversed..??? So i ended up taking a couple bites of the middle and throwing the rest away. My daughters food was cold. Worst 175.00 spent out to eat ever. The chips and dip was good.
The atmosphere was amazing our server was ver observant that before we ran out of drinks he would bring us more. It was a busy night and yet we didn't have to wait on our server to make his rounds. I will definitely go back
The staff taking orders does not pay attention. After asking twice for a name to call to pick up order, they got it wrong, and I could see what looked like our order just sitting on the countertop. Finally went to check, yep so now after a long time waiting, we did not enjoy cold meals. Music was twangy and way too loud. Scratching this place off the list of Saturday lunches.
I have to say WOW.. This was amazing! We came Thursday, 12/16/21 & Friday, 12/17/21.The steaks, everything was amazing. The service, the management Tina was so sweet, greeting us, making sure we were taken care of. Tina took the time to talk to us. Thursday our waitress Carolin was such a doll and new exactly everything on the menu and about all the steaks. My husband & son love their steaks and they were blown away by Longhorn steaks. Friday we went right back to Longhorn! Warren our waiter was awesome. Tina (Manger) once again greeting us and taking care of us. Customer service, Food, everything was wonderful. You can guarantee we will be going there A LOT more. ?
Delicious 16oz. Delmonico Steak, Caesar salad, with a tender steamed broccoli side, after a lobster & shrimp soup app; sat at the bar and the service was great; but I could see the dining tables support a nice family outing.I shall definitely return.
The steak was so tough you couldn’t cut half of it. Yea was basically water with brown color and the man serving me acted like I wasn’t even there. Took my order dropped my food then my check. No auctioneer service at all!
Food was great! I got my food to go, I didn't order ahead and the wait was short, I could easily cut my steak with plastic utensils ? Everything tasted great and even got a free Raspberry Tea. Great Service ?
