I've eaten at this location twice in the last week, with the latter being today, and both times order was incorrect. Today I ordered a #1 (2 fish combo) with an "add-a-piece" of chicken. They gave me two pieces of chicken, no fish. Not rocket surgery folks... the most laughable thing is that they gave me tartar sauce, but nobody working had the sense to question why someone would want tarter sauce with chicken??? And they want to be paid $20 an hour LOL

Was so excited to find out they were open! It definitely needs work but food was all great. Staff was nice and attentive. Forgot to take a picture but they had a cute fish that would rise from a bowl when you’d walk in through the front doors.
Restaurant was dirty, and so were the employees.Floor had dried substances left for who knows how long. Tables were dirty as well. I'm surprised the health department hasn't closed them down yet.
food was good, but i’m leaving the 5 star review for the man who took our drive through order. he was super polite which is rare for a fast food worker! thank you!(:
Wow I was actually shocked at the positive attitudes of everyone that worked here. Good old great tasting Long John silver's grub along with an a&w float, what's not to love? Maybe the prices were a little steep but it appears inflation hell has hit everywhere!
What happened to LJS? The dining room was dirty, they had run out of certain items on the menu, the ice machine was broke, and the whole place seemed to be disarray. Definitely not the LJS I grew up with. Highly disappointed.
The person was clueless and rude. Didn't get my drinks, food was awful. Don't go there,
Okay here we go highly disappointed because they changed the Long John Silver's tartar sauce and brought in Heinz it does not taste the same really gross! They change some other things on the menu some other ingredients has and it looks like it's in between ownership or banishment and it's just not coming back up. The store was dead we were the only ones in there and the restrooms were gross and didn't even have any toilet paper we had to wipe our butts with paper towel! I gave it an extra star but only cuz I didn't want to be mean it should be one star.
My husband loves the fried clams and I love their coney chili and cheese And the employees are very helpful and friendly atmosphere ?
