Ordered one cheese pizza online and drove over to the location. A half hour later, I'm still waiting there with others while a select few are walking out with their pizzas. I ask a guy at the counter about it, and he tells me mine should be out shortly, but I just keep waiting another five, ten minutes...finally, some gal says that they've been having problems with their dough. Finally, I just got annoyed and asked for them to refund me, which they did. But yep, that is ridiculous.
This location has bad service. First off all they never answer their phone and I tried more than a couple of times. Today 9 July 2022 went through drive order 1 pep w/ black olives and fresh crazy bread. Cashier said 15-20min ok. It’s wasn’t pack at all. Park in front and I notice that 25min past by and no order yet. Then I notice that other people that was waiting for their order which got there after me we’re getting there order. Couldn’t get off my son was asleep in car seat. We’ll 45min past I ask worker about my order. Brought it out to me. And to top it off it wasn’t fresh. Bad service.
This Little Ceasar has the best store manager! Every single time family has came here he works the window. It takes a village to run a business, and when you have strong leadership at the top your business will succeed. Ordered online. Had to wait almost an hour to get my order off a classic pepperoni pizza.Update: June 12, 2022 returned and ordered a super mostest hot and ready. The woman said they were in the oven would be about 10 minutes and they would deliver it to our car when it was ready and that's exactly what they did. Don't know how mostest it was on the meat but it was hot and a pretty good pizza. Improvement!
I ordered online and the app gave me a window in where the pizza would be ready. That oder window was off by 40min. The teens working there seem to be extremely understaffed. The app needs to account for these delays which would make for a much better customer experience.
This place used to be decent, but has declined since I've lived here (over a year and a half now). Lately, there is NO online ordering (as far as delivery), according to their own website, for either location here in NB. The next closest location is in Seguin and, of course, they don't deliver outside of their city. If I could pick up, it would've been my first option. I've tried calling plenty of times and each time they get progressively worse about answering the phone, if they pick up at all. Until there's some sort of overhaul within the company, I'll order from literally anywhere else.
The cheese was off the pizza and made it get stuck to the box. Parts of it were burnt and it was not even sliced. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the gentlemen at the drive thru window was super cool and helped out quick. Props to him. Won’t be coming back here. Then again, that’s what I get for getting cheap pizza.
I would like to say how much I appreciate the hospitality and generosity of some Texas folk!Best little Caesar’s experience I’ve ever had. I don’t know why they were so nice but it’s almost weird. Haha, this location is very awesome. Thanks so much
Every single time I order delivery from this location they always mess something up with my order. And they never answer their phone when I try to call with question or to see how the problem can be corrected.
Never disappointed when ordering from this location. They stay packed, which is understandable. Even under pressure they still manage to deliver fresh hot pizzas according to my specifications.
